Very well located, and great views of the city
Too crowded the breakfast area. Poor options for restaurant
The way an extended stay should be
Filled all needs for a 9 day business trip. The operations of this hotel are smooth and the staff is friendly.
Walls maybe thin in some rooms. The furniture is starting to get dated but it's still fine.
Overall Ambience, suits and catering attitude.
Really loud, but GREAT location
Great location near the lake and walking to the river. Nice shower with big showerhead.
Ambulances and police cars racing by all night kept us awake. Bed was like a rock and pillows were not great!
Great made to order buffet.
Parking was difficult to find and cost $37.00 per day. The evening reception drinks were great but the food was not. Room was great. Staff were very helpful. Overall, very pleased with the stay.
Excellent choice in Chicago
Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Enjoyed happy hour each night.
Not convient. Poor service
Great location and comfortable rooms; breakfast was an awesome surprise in variety and quality
Room service was slow, rooms not super clean and could definitely do without the lobby dance music during the day when kids were napping
Staff was very helpful and we were able to get a later checkout upon our departure, which was nice and allowed to kids to swim for a bit before we left. Check in and out was easy, and parking was easily accessible.
The price on the all inclusive Disney kids on Demand TV package I order did not reflect what was charged to my bill. It was only a difference of $2.99 and ultimately not a big deal, but still, I feel as though you should be paying what you are quoted. Also, being that it was a holiday weekend, it would have been nice if breakfast was open until 10 as it is on the weekends, but I get the weekend vs. weekend schedule. The lines were a bit long by the end of breakfast and early breakfast is always hard to do with my kids. But again, not a huge deal in the whole scheme of things. We will definitely be back.
Located close to shopping and conference centers
Amenities are average
Very good location
Hotel wasn't nearly as nice as other embassy suites I have stayed at.
Friendly staff and clean facility
Staff super nice
Lines for breakfast n drinks but breakfast spread was huge!
We wanted to be close to Navy Pier and we were!! The suite was clean and functional and quiet once the door was shut.
The hotel is massive--I had no idea. And if you have a fear of heights (as I do) it is not for you: the suites open onto a huge atrium space. Check- in was easy and there was no check-out. In fact, I was told that if I needed a receipt that I needed to get it through booking.com (I found that odd). There is no personal service, yet they do manage to serve breakfast and a cocktail or wine to the hordes quite efficiently.
Enjoyed the room and the overall layout of the room.
Loved the convenience to attractions and activities downtown, and really enjoyed the cooked-to-order omelets in the morning. Watching the chef was great!
I didn't care for the decor/style of the room floors; looking out from the hallway it reminded me of a prison or a housing project. While I enjoyed the stay, the room, and the service, none of it was worth the price I paid. Way too expensive.
The room was incredibly nice. Much better than what I thought we would get for the price we paid. Great view of the city and nothing beats a complimentary all you can eat breakfast!
made to order breakfast and manager's receptions were awesome, loved the decor and water feartures in lobby area, service wonderful.
Pool area looking a bit warn, wter features were turned off.
great hotel staff, fresh breakfast large room clean
The location is in walking distance to many stores and restaurants, which was great, because we did not need to get cabs. Also, the rooms were large enough to have the kids with us and not feel crowded.
We booked 3 non smoking rooms and 2 of the rooms smelled badly of cigarette smoke. I would still stay here in the future with the family, but would definitely make sure the rooms around the non smoking, were also non smoking.
Although location was not as good as expected but rooms, facilities and services were quite good.
I didn't like the location and the breakfast.
I liked that it is a very easy walking distance to Navy Pier and Michigan Avenue.
