We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. The elevators were acting up due to someone pushing up down on every floor and all the floor buttons. The pillows were terrible. Way too soft and no firmer options in the closet. Cons (-) Room cleaning service is a MUST for stays over 3 days, even during pandemic.
Pros (+) Had a problem with my reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They also have a special relationship with Northwestern Hospital and is so convenient to be across the street from there.
