We used points, but it was a $185/night room. Breakfast was a madhouse and they ran out of coffee. The fitness room was nice until I realized 4 out of 6 treadmills were out of order. Pros (+) Had a problem with my reservation and the staff was incredibly helpful in resolving it. They also have a special relationship with Northwestern Hospital and is so convenient to be across the street from there.
