Whenever I called for anything, they gave it to me with no questions asked, Expeditiously.
Run down dirty uncomfortable beds and room missing bedding and other amenities
Friendly staff and great location
Arrived later in evening, First room assigned was not cleaned (bed wasn’t made and dirty dishes on counter)
The staff was amazing. Best service I have ever had at a hotel.
Front Office Manager at check in was amazing! She complimented me on my necklace! Never asked if I was checking in, just asked for my name. Thought this was a great way to check in. Breakfast attendant was AMAZING!
Rate really high. I realize it was Lollapalooza weekend; but it seems like price gauging. Paid over $--- when normal rates are more than $---- lower.
Great location, friendly staff, accommodations...only complaint if I can have one, is downtown is busy and the elevators are jammed, takes awhile to get to ground level
This was one of the best stays in a hotel I've had in a long time. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure everyone felt welcome and enjoyed their stay. Wonderful experience!
the front desk seem has a quit few yang and inexperienced people working, as we were asking for city/site/etc. information that they can not answer.Morning breakfast space is over crowded, if they are going to handle with so many guests, the dinning space
The hotel is very clean and has been updated to a modern decor since I last stayed there four years ago. The rooms are well appointed and comfortable. The location is perfect for a day of shopping on Michigan Ave or visiting any of theaters.
Good location, great service.
Parking is too expensive, if we didn't plan to use our car, would have parked in some nearby garage to save some money.
The breakfast hostess was very friendly and helpful.
Windows were very dirty.
Great hotel. Had a kitchenette in granite, 400sf, complimentary breakfast, modern and in the heart of the city
