Overall, a great hotel! Staff couldn't have been more friendly, helpful and accommodating! The location of the hotel is exceptional - conveniently located for all downtown activities and transportation needs. The restaurant and bar were very good. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Our only "want" would have been a microwave and a better physical layout of the room to include more chairs and a table.
Perfect location
Our favorite part was the location. The hotel was near absolutely everything we wanted to see, so we could walk everywhere. Staff was very helpful. Bathroom was amazing
Great location
I am a train enthusiast. So I like the location, particularly the rooms facing Wabash Ave, that many others dislike because of the L.
I would like to see more varied equipment in the exercise room, and perhaps more variety in the menu
Convenience, charm and excellent service
We arrived at 11:30 a.m. and were pleased that not only was a room available early, but that it far exceeded our expectations in terms of size, amenities and overall decor/layout. The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly with every interaction - the valet even retrieved something from our car for us and brought it to our room to save us from venturing oitbwih our 16-month old. Pack-n-plays are available - we had brought our own but will remember this in the future! The location was perfect to walk to the ballet, saving us from attempting to travel with a 25-pound car seat!
There aren’t many family options nearby, save for quick lunch and dinner spots (ie scorned Bakery). That worked well for us and what we wanted, but may not for others who are looking for more.
Great Location for business trip or weekend exploring Chicago
Clean comfortable room, nice staff. Great location
While the bar/lounge was nice, the lack of Gym and pool were something I missed.
Weekend in Chicago
Rooms are comfortable and well maintained Convenient location across from the Goddess and the Baker and of course a short distance from the Bean (Millenium park) Very friendly helpful staff
Beautiful hotel, friendly staff
Didn't stay here long but got upgraded to a beautiful suite. Great facilities, decor, etc. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a great choice!
Great three day weekend stay
Location, location, location Two blocks from Chicago 'bean' - cloud gate and parks. Front of hotel with construction for 'E' was not pretty -- but we never heard any noise in our room.
Great location
We got a great rate on kayak. The room was spacious, bathroom was huge, and shower was great. Lots of storage and hangers. Staff was extremely helpful, very nice, and very quick when help was needed.
The view of the room was awful. We looked at a very dirty alleyway with a view of a brick wall. Also our truck was damaged by the valet service. They assured us they would make it right, so that's why I still gave them 4 stars.
The location was nice.
Boring hotel, average style rooms and amenities for the price range hotel
Great hotel!
Loved the atmosphere, very pretty, very nice hotel. Had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend it.
Great staff, beautiful venue
Everyone was just so helpful - whether it was advice on the train system, to off the beaten path restaurants or activities, all of the staff went out of their way to help us enjoy our trip to Chicago. The room was very quiet - we seldom heard any noise outside of our door. There was a bit of construction outside the hotel, but even that added to the peace we felt at the facility.
