Pros (+) At a time like this with the pandemic still the hotel served the bagged breakfast which was an unexpected very pleasant surprise. I found the staff to be extraordinarily caring, helpful, and did their best to meet or exceed our expectations. Plus excellent location with super clean and comfortable room.
Cons (-) I appreciated everything this hotel had to offer. I wouldn’t change a thing

I understand having a cut-off but at least let people finish getting their food before you close the doors and lock them out. Pros (+) Typical Hampton inn amenities...Everything I have come to generally expect. Clean and comfortable overall. Breakfast provided--but could have used a bit more variety in hot food options.
Cons (-) First...Parking. Granted, I'm used to downtown areas, but I had no idea that the only parking options here were private surface lots and garages, or paying for hotel valet parking. I guess I'm just used to a hotel parking garage or lot of some sort with permitted or validated parking. On the plus side, the valet rate I was charged was a flat $24 for the entire stay.
