Pros (+) We had our family reunion at this hotel. The staff worked well with our family and provided us a room that could hold most of us. My husband and I upgraded our room to "premium" which allowed us to visit the hospitality suite for breakfast and during the evening for snacks. This was worth it to us and the staff hosts were wonderful. The small indoor playground helped our kiddos get the wiggles out...
Cons (-) Our room was oddly shaped with a small doorway leading to the bathroom. The room was worn out and needed TLC. The electrical outlets were iffy at best. I plugged a hair dryer in one, and the lights went off. Another plug was so loose fitting that nothing could stay plugged in as it would fall out. You can easily get lost in this hotel. Pros (+) Lots of things to do right on the property. Huge property, rooms are nice and the bar is good. Is awesome for family reunions or business conferences. The location is great for all the things to do in the springs.
Cons (-) Bit of a creepy vibe with the 10 commandments on a huge obelisk at the front door.
