Pros (+) The staff was super nice and helpful for the most part. Housekeeping was great and worked around your schedule. The location itself was isolated from the rest of the island and very nice in that manner.
Cons (-) The food at all the restaurants was very sub par. We had multiple times at the restaurants where we had to wait 10 to 15 minutes to be seated when they weren't that busy then we didnt even get served for another 10 to 15 minutes. The resort is definitely more for an early riser than a night owl. Nearly everything would close by 11 and by 1 everything was completely closed. Couldnt even get any alc...

Pros (+) ALL of the Staff Members were outstanding, helpful and cheerful. They couldn't have been better Ambassadors for our 9 day stay. The dinners at Bordeaux for French Cuisine were the ONLY meals worth eating. All of the meals were small portioned entrees, with absolutely NO green vegetables included or visible.
Cons (-) The deceptive photos of the hotel were 40 years old. It is severely Outdated. Rooms were in need of a complete refurbishment since NONE of the room's features, furniture or fixtures matched ANY of the deceptively old photos.
