The Landmark of Cozumel

“Room was great even during Covid. Staff was above average and prompt. Room Service came from across the street from the Money Bar. A little expensive but not wholly unreasonable. Nice Balcony. Worst part was I left a Dive Computer in my room. The maid caught it and the staff texted me immediately. I texted my dive buddies who were staying an extra day so they took time out of their vacation to swing by the Landmark and pick it up. Sadly, a Manager named "Ramon" denied them access and made up a story about them trying to "steal" the computer, yelling at staff, and no PPE. All untrue. SMH”

“Hello, The apartment itself was very large, spotlessly clean, modern, fully equipped with good bedding and lots of towels and toiletries. The furniture in the living room and terrace was not very confortable and there were only 2 lounge chairs for 5 people on the terrace.The pool area was great, quiet, clean with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas. All the staff were great, friendly and accommodating. The snorkeling in front of the hotel was great with lots of tropical fish and coral. The restaurant ,TheMoney Bar , was friendly and had good live music 4 evenings a week but the food was just « fair », we ate there 3 times, I would say it is best for snacking and happy hour food. The negative points. View from our second floor 3 bedroom oceanfront apartment was more of the parking lot and the road in front than the sea. It was pretty noisy with cars, trucks and scooters passing by all day long. The « beach area » in front of the Resort was more like a public bar/snack bar open to the public free of charge. It was popular with the day trippers /cruise ship crowd and we didn’t really feel like guests at our nice resort.”

“Best location for snorkeling. Beautiful view of the ocean from our deck. Great restaurant across the street. Great food and wonderful service. Hotel Staff was wonderful in helping with what ever we needed.”
