Most friendly staff in the uk
We have been traveling all over the UK and the staff here was by far the friendliest. Thank you all for the wonderful recommendations for things to do in town, Answering to our special requests and being overall pleasant people. You made the end of our trip to the UK wonderful and I will definitely stay here next time I fly into gatwick

Very close to Gatwick Airport. Helpful, friendly staff. Very nice hotel.
As window didn't open, had to leave air conditioning on all night which was very noisy, so didn't sleep very well.
It was fair stay but not comfortable......the service must improve ...also the menu must be changed and finally the stafff must inform their customers about the breakfast time,we asked the reception and they said breakfast is served till 10.30pm and when we came down at 9.30..they advsied that it's finished...

on arriving at the hotel you have to pay for your car parking even for the time you are staying in the hotel. The hotel even those it has a 4 star rating there is no one to take your bags and show you to your room
First time I have had to pay for a shuttle bus from the airport to the hotel. The whole point in staying near the hotel is that normally you get free courtesy transport
