Pros: The staff at JW Marriott Cherry Creek we’re top-notch! They were very attentive and accommodating to our Navy WWII reunion family during our stay this week. Front Desk (Austin) was terrific in meeting our needs. Valet team were friendly and welcoming. Restaurant staff were great. But cannot forget the wonderful experience meeting our Concierge - George Maresh! All went over and above to make our stay memorable! Thank you!

Pros: quiet rooms, very friendly staff. great location to walk to restaurants, galleries, or the mall across the street. easy access to main roads to all parts of Denver. nice fitness facilities. great location to go out in a safe neighborhood.

Pros: Beautiful hotel, clean, updated rooms and common areas, exceptional service. Restaurants, shopping and whole foods are within a few blocks.
Cons: Gym was small with a limited number of cardio machines. Also valet parking was $37, which I found to be a lot.

Pros: Beds were fabulously comfortable, shower was good and window blind was effective. “Open fridge” idea of snack bar in lobby was nice.
Cons: Room is tiny. One small chair, not counting folding stools hanging on wall. I’ve had better workspace in my car. No coffee maker or fridge, but coffee was available in lobby (seven floors down for us). Small countertop in bathroom, no closet space (but plenty of hangers on the wall). Room was quiet, but lobby bar/work/play area was throbbing with music much of the time—quieter in the morning, when people took their laptops down to do some work. Elevator walls had huge photos of bourbon on the rocks and the bar was a focal point. The place is more for hipsters than oldsters like us.

Pros: I thought the place was gorgeous and I loved the idea of the gear garage and the hospitality of the snacks and beverages for the guests. Very nice to provide courtesy rides around town.
Cons: To be nitpicky, they should maybe include some instruction cards for things like the coffee maker or the record player. You certainly can figure it out after some time, but might be helpful to have. Comforter was too warm for the summer. Things that were disappointing - door keys kept not working. Balcony door wouldn't lock and once it did, you could not open it. Wanted to borrow the Leica w/ the film they advertised from the gear garage and they couldn't let me use it because they weren't prepared w/ film. It was one of the reasons I booked there.

Pros: I thought i checked into an "Alias" themed hotel when i got stuck on the 2nd floor. Apparently the IT guy wasnt paying attention to how elevators use RFID's. Only took 20 min. Just got back from Maui and Chicago. The restaurant Departure is so good here. At check out i slept in, then went and ordered their Best lunch menu items a la carte and got dessert. Then needed to go rent another room. And thats why this Groundhog Day Themed resort you arrive , eat, sleep,repeat, 2 or 3 times and forget your Brothers Wedding. #AdultFail you will enjoy everyone you meet here. Need Dinner going to Halcyon

Pros: The decor is fabulous, food is delicious and the staff are AMAZING. The location is perfect next to everything but the way this lovely hotel is run stands out amongst even the best 5 star hotels. Stay here and you'll be so glad you did!
