Cons: The fire alarm went off in the entire hotel for almost 15 minutes in the middle of the night and needless to say, none of the small children that we were traveling with that night got any sleep. Thankfully it was a false alarm, but it made for a terrible night. Our entire extended family had booked rooms at the hotel for the night and unfortunately we all had a very poor experience due to the lack of sleep everyone received. The hotel didn't offer any sort of apology even though we heard many complaints at breakfast and in the lobby the next morning. Overall we were very disappointed.

Cons: Kids in the hot tub after 10pm

Cons: The nail salon they have gives off a strong chemical order throught the entire hotel. I could smell it on the 7th floor.

Cons: Its was ok the carpet was dirty but they are removing it could have been a little cleaner

Cons: Shower drained well, towels clean

Cons: Bathroom door didn't shut well, front desk person answered the phone twice while we were waiting to be checked in. Cigarette butts on the patio area were not picked up.

Cons: staff demeanor. some didn't seemto want to be there

Cons: Rude staff, dirty rooms, it took three different rooms to have a suitable room and it still had a broken bathroom door and broken bathroom sink. The first room smelled lile somebody had been doing drugs on the bed. The second room smelled like somebody was chain smoking for weeks on end. Walkin in the place looked nice but I was overall very disappointed. And what's with all the tarps and mattress in the "courtyard" area of the place. It's a school bus size pile of tarps and old mattresses. Wtf.

Cons: Some areas of the room had been repaired or updated but the projects didn't look complete- patch work not painted and missing light fixture. No spray to clean workout equipment and some pieces were broken.

Cons: Cleanliness and most workout equipment broken.

Cons: There was no shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and the walls were covered in yellow stains. The amount spent on taxis to and from the airport could've been spent on a nicer room with a shuttle service.

Cons: Nobody who works there cares about cleanliness, carpets, mowing the grass, or any guest request. Broken dirty coffee maker with used filter shoved in. Shower barely work. TV signal low with messages to pay bill. How this got a 3 star was a shock. More like a 1 star.

Cons: Bathroom door in-op(pocket door wouldn't close). Coffee condiments missing

Cons: Staff was rude. Whole place smelled like pot. They discontinued their airport shuttle, but did not remove it from their website or other travel sites. I will not be returning.

Cons: Staff as front desk ignored me for a good ten minutes (standing there talking to each other) before letting me check in. Were not overly sympathetic about my complaints about the hotel LOUD. Paper thin walls with connecting (but locked) doors between suits. I got no sleep- and the people next door had a doorway full of reeking trash bags no one seemed to think to take care of. I am a budget traveler and splurged for this hotel- i've had better experiences at ten dollar hostels in Nicaragua.

Cons: Outside of hotel was in poor condition, girl at the front desk wasn't very friendly, was on the phone thru my entire check in process.

Cons: I booked this hotel because I needed hotel shuttle transportation and when I called they had it cancelled the beginning of the month.

Cons: I had a really bad experience. I chose Timbers for safety. Since I travelled by myself, I felt safer staying at a hotel with rooms in a closed hallway. But the receptionist didn't do her job at all. She gave my room's key to other guests. I was so scared when I saw two people coming in my room at 10:00 pm. So were they, since they were expecting an empty room. The receptionist called me to apologize and she started laughing out loud in the phone. I asked for the manager the next morning, and, a week later, I am still waiting for a response. I would not recommend you that hotel. It is not worth it for the money you will pay for it.

Cons: I felt like I was going to bring bed bugs home with me.

Cons: The carpet was old, stained & frayed, there was duct tape remains on the cabinets, there were light bulbs missing, the toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall, the towel hook was hanging by a thread, one of the telephones had exposed wires sticking out of it (and was totally nonfunctional), the fridge was dirty, and the bathroom vanity was gross.

Cons: Long term tenants arguing with front desk employees and "firing" tazers by the front door and lobby. Also let their dog run amuck whilst doing so. Very unprofessional of the front desk to let this happen with guests around. I felt unsafe. Also room had holes in wall recently repaired and not painted. Ugly!

Cons: We love visiting swimming pools. The outdoor space was quite large and could have accommodated a pool. More families would enjoy staying if there was a pool.

Cons: Motel advertise is airport pickup. When I called from the airport to be picked up they said they did not provide that service.I was told that it is a service provided by the previous owners. I also requested an additional chair in our room twice but it was never provided.

Cons: Nearby construction made it difficult to reach the property

Cons: See above I wrote it in wrong spot. But to add on I asked if they had a regular sized pillow and they said they didnt have anything. So you cant have some regular pillows on hand? Also they didnt ask how my stay was when I checked out.

Cons: For a no smoking hotel I was really disappointed when my first room reeked of pot, thankfully my second room did not. The bathrooms were awkwardly small in their layout which made it feel really cramped. I also checked out the hot tub to find the jets didn't work and the water was murky as if it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Breakfast wasn't something to write home about, the day I didn't have a stale bagel I was sick to my stomach.

Cons: Bathroom light randomly went off when showering.

Cons: The only downside was the pool was down for maintenance during my entire stay

Cons: The rest of the hotel is undergoing renovations and it shows. But once you're in your room, you can't tell.

Cons: The check in was painful. Long story but it was late, my flight just got cancelled and I booked a room online at the airport. When I arrived they told me I did not have a room. I called the third party group I booked through and they called the hotel. They sent me back to the front desk and the lady magically found my room. When I finally got to my room. It smelled like smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. The beds were really short and the pillows were not comfortable. I just wanted a good night sleep and I tossed and turned the entire night.

Cons: The beds were HARD. So if you have back problems might want to check out the beds before you lay down. Also, the breakfast wasn't wonderful, but hey it's free.

Cons: The cable TV didn't provide many channels. The indoor pool needs to stay open later than 10pm

Cons: The HORRIBLY RUDE receptionist that called the POLICE on me because I didn't want my driver's lisc copied to stay at their hotel for one night. Comfort Inn should be ashamed!!!!

Cons: The facility and chairs in the lobby could use a little updating. Our room was clean, but could’ve smelt a little fresher. The pool area was also nice, but was a little dark at night, so more lighting in the pool area would be good.
