Pros: The room was good. The staff was friendly. The wellness center was good as well.
Cons: Wifi wasn't good at the room. The kitchen was right below it and there was a lot of noise coming from there, even with the windows closed. The room was turned to the internal patio.

Cons: Poor locations of outlets in rooms. For older people difficult light switch system/technology. Expensive breakfast buffet. Front desk staff could be more helpful with explaining things, e.g. complicated German parking garage system, to foreign guests. Expected more from a luxury hotel.

Pros: Rooms were the best we have seen in all our travels - large high ceilings modern design and really comfy bed pillows and comforter made this stay a real pleasure - we will definitely be back !

Pros: The free day passes for the Dresden transit network were phenomenal. It tuned our half day layover in Dresden into a tour of the city, one we will be sure to return to. The location across from Dresden Hbf was perfect, and the breakfast was very good.
Cons: There was nothing to dislike. American motels and budget hotels could learn from the efficiencies and professionalism of the intercity chain.

Pros: The location is perfect for waking to old town and the river. Breakfast was great. The pool was clean and not too crowded. The hotel is well decorated and has many beautiful areas for lounging.
Cons: The bed was on the firm side but that’s not uncommon for Germany. There was quite a bit of construction underway so we were awoken pretty early by loud noises.

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff at reception were friendly.
Cons: The rooms were smaller than expected and the walls were so thin we could hear everything in the room next door. The cleaning ladies while cleaning the room next to ours kept slamming the door and it felt like our room was shaking. When I told them politely that it was too noisy when they keep going back and forth, they dismissed me and only gestured with their hands (as they didn't speak English) that "there's nothing we can do about it".
