Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very friendly hosts, comfortable beds, great breakfast, bus stop to city center right in front of the door.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: I liked the cozyness and quietness... also, the mornings with a variety of breakfast assortimant - options for vegetarians too! During the breakfast you sit and watch into the beautiful garden while listening to irish music.... The hosts are open and glad to help so I felt like home.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The hosts were very friendly, welcoming, helpful and polite. A bus route is almost right outside the property which was very reliable and value for money just 10 mins ride away from city center. The location was very quiet during the early hours. There are also shops and a pub very near. The breakfasts were delicious and cooked fresh to order.
Cons: There was nothing at all I didn’t like about this property.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Everything. Spotlessly clean, warm atmosphere, comfortable bed and room, nice furniture, excellent breakfast, adorable hosts. Super recommended!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nice and kind host. Amazing breakfast, one of the best B&B I‘ve ever stayed 100% recommendable!
Good 7.5
Pros: Very warm welcome. Nice and friendly landlady who gave lots of good advice to public transport and tourist activities. Clean room with a shower which offers a decent jet of water. Good breakfast - different menus to choose. As we had to leave before 6am to catch our early flight we got a breakfast to take along.
Cons: The walls between the rooms upstairs are so thin that you can hear everything through it. Important to know as the double room with garden view is located next to the bathroom shared by several rooms.... The breakfast is limited to one of the menus offered. Means half a glass of orange juice per person only, my request for a yoghurt to add to a bowl of cornflakes wasn't possible (milk only available).
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The location was perfect and made getting to key places in Dublin. The breakfast was excellent and the owners were very helpful. I normally struggle sleeping at other places than my own home--I slept great at this B&B!
Cons: No complaints.

Mediocre 3.0
Pros: Room itself was fine. Location good as close to the airport
Cons: Booked a room with a king bed, around a month in advance, and when we arrived we given a room with 2 single beds with no explanation. We were also basically grilled as to why we were staying in the hotel and made show all our documents to show we are emigrating. If it’s such an issue you should maybe ask for these things before people arrive at the hotel. What if we couldn’t show our documents, would we have been turned away? With a flight to catch at 5am?
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Service
Cons: Nothing
Poor 1.0
Pros: I came at 10 clock last night to check in as I was just finished work ! Was refused by a grump of a manger, I had my letter from my job, I only stayed here a few weeks back with my letter! I was shocked and hurt by this, and I will bring this up at my staff meeting tomorrow, because at lot of people who would stay here would be for business, iv also put it on face book! I will not stay here again, absolute joke, when I arvied here there was a group of young fellas too drinking and being really loud! Made me looking very silly as I just wanted a place to stay ! But I had to travel all the way home, which I was really tried! I’m very very very hurt by this!
Cons: The manger loved his job to much , made me feel very uncomfortable and made me feel like a no body I’m very hurt by this and won’t ever stay here again ! People on Facebook are shocked with how I was treated !
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We only had an overnight but accommodation was excellent, beds comfortable and detail to cleanliness was first class with hand cleansing opportunities everywhere.
Cons: Although breakfast had quite a good selection. We had a cooked breakfast but it was luke warm. Perhaps if we had been down earlier it might. have been better. It was from 7-10 and we came down at 9.
Good 7.0
Cons: Evening meal poor
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Nice airport hotel to stay at night before your flight.
Good 6.8
Pros: Great loction. It is a airport hotel that is very easily accessible to the city centre. Staff is good
Cons: We did not like that there was hair in the bath tub and all the doors slammed in hallways making it noise at night.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: * Close to the airport * Friendly, very helpful staff * Free airport shuttle bus * Clean, spacious room * Surprisingly excellent dinner * Reasonable rates
Excellent 9.7
Pros: I was very impressed with the breakfast. It included a variety of hot and cold foods, drinks, and excellent service. Staff is very knowledgeable about the different bus routes and different attractions. Very impressed .
Cons: The bed wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked, but I slept fine.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We had an 11 hour flight layover. The hotel was less than 10 mins from the airport. It was clean and comfortable. This is a nice hotel and definitely fit the bill. A great place to stay
Good 7.7
Pros: Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, restaurant looked inviting though I was too late to try it.
Cons: Didn't get a lot of help trying to get myself to the airport in the morning.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was very pretty inside and very clean. It was a great bargain and close to the airport. Had some shops close by just in case you needed any necessities.
Cons: N/A

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Ryan in reception was such a lovely guy!! Very helpful..
Okay 5.0
Cons: Hair in bath. No tv remote and the overpriced Guinness was left on the table after first taste as it was undrinkable.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Terrific, very large room with very comfortable bed. Quiet.
Cons: Very average Italian food at the restaurant- only option beside the next door Circle K if you do not have a car. To do again would probably get snacks at Circle K.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff, food, room and service were all excellent.
Cons: Everything was great
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean, safe and close to the airport
Cons: Nothing all perfect
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Food was excellent. Rom was very good. Servicw was very good.
Cons: Nothing - given the time we live in!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient to M50 Good food and lovely staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Spacious comfortable room, good food in the Italian restaurant.
Cons: Paid parking -should be validated when you stay.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Location close to the airport my daughter was flying. Airport transportation was fantastic and the food in the Italian restaurant was lovely.
Cons: I was happy with everything
Good 6.5
Pros: Resturant was convenient and food was good. Pillows were very comfortable.
Cons: Like many European hotels the american amenities were lacking, unfortunately we weren't carrying basics as the stay was last minute and unplanned, the ability to shower would've gone a long way. TV channels were very basic (maybe 20?) and at least half were not in English. But it beat spending the night in the airport for sure.
Good 7.3
Excellent 8.2
Mediocre 3.4
Pros: Nice lobby
Cons: Cleaner room
Good 6.5
Pros: Clean modern room. Staff were friendly
Cons: Quite a distance from airport. Shuttle bus provided approximately every twenty minutes. Drop off is s short walk to terminal 1. When you get out of the elevator their is s short flight of stairs which is awkward with heavy luggage. Bad design.
Excellent 9.5
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Staff are very friendly and helpful
Cons: It’s missing a few ash trays outside the front door of the hotel
Excellent 9.7
Good 6.2
Pros: Friendly staff, great shuttle service
Cons: Clean room but musty smell
Excellent 9.7
Pros: Loved the hotel. Started with the amazing front desk staff , Milli, was her name. She was the most accommodating person ever and was sure to take care of us immediately. Give that girl a raise! A convenient shuttle bus from the airport was also a nice touch, especially for free. We loved our nice and spacious room. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dublin, especially if they want to be close to the airport.
Okay 4.0
Pros: The premium rooms are extremely nice.
Cons: The standard rooms are dismal at best. We stayed the first night in a premium room that we had paid for, but the second night was complimentary through the airline carrier. At which time we were put in a standard room. It was like starting at the Hilton then being down graded to the red roof inn.
Mediocre 3.7
Pros: The bed was comfortable and the shower was good.
Cons: We stayed here for one night on Thursday 2 November 2017. The shuttle bus stance 16 is one of the furthest from the terminal building. It is approximately a 10 minute journey but can take longer depending on traffic and time of day. At check in the receptionist was efficient but her appearance was poor giving rise to concerns about standards in the hotel. We found the atmosphere in our room oppressive; despite the air conditioning there was no humidity at all. We tried opening the window but it was too noisy due to the hotel's engineering system. We were forced to try again later but then found that the locking mechanism on the window jammed and the night staff could not fix the issue at 3.30am so we had to put up with the noise for the rest of the night. As a result we got very little sleep. Despite the member of the night staff saying that he would report the issue, the receptionist had no record of it at check out but promised to investigate. Two days later I have heard nothing from the hotel and no offer of compensation against the prepaid charges. On the return to the airport the standing room only bus departure was delayed 15 minutes due to a driver change over with the bus engine left running. This is a very busy hotel 10 minutes from Dublin Aiport using the hotel's shuttle bus which theoretically runs every 20 minutes. The hotel is isolated at an island off the motorway so you have no alternative for food other than the hotel's own coffee shop, bar and restaurant; and prices! The bath towels were very thin. There was a hole in the bathroom sink which they had unsuccessfully attempted to cover with silicone. If I was overnighting at Dublin Airport again I would look for an alternative closer to the airport.
Excellent 9.7
Excellent 8.7
Good 6.5
Pros: Proximity to airport.
Cons: Everything beyond the room was an additional cost; coffee, tea, pricey breakfast, the slowest internet around. Not even parking validation for a one night stay. I guess I am spoiled by USA standards.
Excellent 8.2
Excellent 8.5
Good 7.1
Cons: Finding parking was difficult. Shower was either cold or scalding hot.
Okay 5.4
Pros: The free 24/7 shuttle to and from the airport was very convinent
Cons: The rooms were old and outdated, shower wasn't good, and bar staff were slow and ignorant
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food is excellent!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Got early check-in. The shuttle goes quite frequently. And they have hypoallergenic pillows!
Cons: Dry air in the room.
Good 7.3
Excellent 8.0
Pros: We picked the hotel close to the airport with a shuttle service. The shuttle service is extremely convenient. We were only staying for one night before flying out.
Cons: The room smelled a bit. Everything appeared very clean however there was a lingering smell.
Excellent 8.5
Pros: Shuttle service was excellent.
Cons: No breakfast included. No other restaurants in the area to dine at.
Good 6.0
Cons: Paying for parking without previously knowing there was a charge. Bathroom was not as clean as I feel it shold have been.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: 24 hour shuttle is great. The hotel bar and restaurant are fine, and the crowd is something out of Star Wars - incredibly mixed bag makes great people watching.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great atmosphere and very modern
Cons: Instant coffee in the room
Excellent 9.1
Pros: The courtesy of staff The promptness of my getting my room The efficiency of the shuttle bus service and the willingness of the drivers to help load/unload luggage The cleanliness and comfort of the room
Cons: The one thing I intensely disliked was the €7.50 tray charge for room service, I thought it was excessive and money-grabbing. I realise there is a cost involved in providing room service, but would have thought this was probably absorbed in the room charge.
Good 6.0
Cons: We paid extra for the deluxe breakfast buffet, which turned out to be a depressing school cafeteria, complete with plastic trays still damp from the dishwasher. Not what we expected from the reviews.
Excellent 8.5
Cons: Shuttle driver could have been more specific with terminal information at Dublin airport. We walked much more than necessary and two of our party had difficulty with that.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel is what one would expect from a Holiday Inn Express or similar hotel. Nothing special or fancy about this hotel. Staff isn't overly helpful or even friendly.
Cons: Don't even try going downstairs to get food at a normal dinner time, you will wait forever and that is even if you are lucky enough to be able to find a seat. You can't order room service because the actual menu with menu choices isn't available until after 11 p.m. Window will open but don't expect to sleep because you are right next to a busy road. The road noise alone is enough to make you go crazy!
Good 6.2
Pros: Food was very good
Cons: Rooms need to be updated
Good 7.7
Cons: Only down part of the entire stay was the room service. It wasn't so horrible that we wouldn't return, but 22£ for a Caesar salad that had almost no dressing on it was a bit much. The dressing also tasted just like it was a little mayo spread under a few lettuce leaves. Again. Not the worst hotel room service ever imaginable, but enough that I spent 35% of what I spent to rent the room for a salad we didn't eat. The only negative in an otherwise spotless stay.
Okay 5.0
Pros: Nothing - food was dreadful
Cons: Staff, food, service, overall a parking lot that pretends to be a hotel

Mediocre 2.0
Cons: The reception staff was rude, no air conditioning, asked for an extra fan during a heat wave in Dublin and they didn’t have any?? The bottled water, was essentially tap water from the bar. The service staff barely spoke any English. The parking in a very tight basement was a nightmare! Got a prompt response that they would try to accommodate our special request when I made the booking, but, was not the case when we checked in. Basically there was a tiny window over looking a wall (in picture). Tub was dirty and rusty.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff excellent
Cons: Had a fantastic time will be back soon.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: It's a nice hotel, food was lovely and the staff were pleasant.
Cons: The cost of staying here is very expensive, didn't have breakfast included and was charged 28€ for 2 breakfast. Also €8 to park my car. After paying a hefty price for the room I think the hotel could throw in the parking
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The room its self was very clean and spacious, staff were mostly friendly
Cons: The new charge for the carpark, the room was very hot even with the little fan on it seemed to be blowing hot air,
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Food was outstanding, rooms spotless and all staff were friendly and very helpful.
Cons: If choosing a room, if external fans bother you mention this when booking.
Excellent 9.3
Excellent 9.3
Good 7.4
Pros: Location was convenient and non-room facilities and restaurant were quite nice.
Cons: We we reserved and were sold “an executive king” with a view and upon arrival were told no such accommodation exists (caution!). in fact, our executive king was actually a quite small king room, with a view of parking lot and busy street and no air conditioning. It turns out that is situation with many of the hotel’s rooms. The only way to get ventilation is to open a window which gives you much highway noise. Not at all a restful setting.
Good 7.4
Pros: Checkout time of 12. Friendly staff. Convenient location (close to city center and airport):
Cons: No air conditioning made sleeping difficult a few nights. The double room had 3 beds (two doubles and one queen) instead of two queens. No couch or armchairs in the room.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Helpful, friendly staff at both the front desk and bar/restaurant. Comfortable clean rooms with nice amenities. Location was easy to get to and easy to get to the airport the next day.
Cons: Carpeting in room had a few stains, and the cart for dirty room service dishes outside the elevator a bit tacky.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: service was wonderful--staff very attentive and helpful room was very comfortable.
Cons: wifi was not reliable. This made it difficult to conduct business
Excellent 9.6
Pros: I loved the restaurant they had. Best steak ever. Everybody at the restaurant where super nice and friendly same as the hotel.

Okay 5.0
Pros: The breakfast. And our waiter was full of useful information on the surrounding areas. Di
Cons: Mattress on bed uncomfortable. Only one role of toilet paper so ran out , very dark stuffy room .
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very friendly staff, clean hotel and Covid safety evident in bar and restaurant. Lovely breakfast and cheap cocktails!!
Cons: Dinner menu/food was average but reflected in the price so fair enough.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Accessible , had everything , my room was spacious for the price point. Rooms are as shown in pics on the website
Cons: Got my breakfast slightly wrong
Excellent 9.0
Pros: All the staff were so lovely and nothing was too much bother. The location for us was perfect, exactly where we needed to be. Breakfast was good. All round was a good stay.
Cons: The room and en-suite was a bit smaller than I was expecting.
Excellent 8.5
Okay 4.0
Pros: The free airport shuttle.
Cons: My room was 80 degrees and didn't get much cooler. I realize most (perhaps even all) business in Ireland don't feel like they need a/c when the island stays cool. However, in a fourth story hotel room that has been baked by the sun all day, you either need to have a/c or windows that open more than an inch to cool the room. It took an hour and 3 requests to get a couple of tiny, tabletop fans. The staff at the desk and the porter were very unhelpful. I had just wanted to spend a night resting between flights, but that didn't happen. I should have spent my money elsewhere.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was delighted to arrive in to a lovely warm bedroom after being outside on a cold winters day! The location of the ABC Guesthouse is great for travel to and from Dublin Airport and on wards into Dublin City Centre. This Guesthouse is located near to some nice hotels and restaurants in Drumcondra.
Cons: I was very happy with everything. No complaints!
Excellent 8.0
Pros: All was great
Cons: There was not breakfest due to Covid
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and Andre is very nice and helpful guy. The neighbourhood is also good: shops, restaurants are very close. We really enjoyed this stay.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Everything else
Cons: The tv is very bad reception can only get a couple of channels
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Easy bus ride to Dublin City centre, friendly staff and free parking. Good value for money, would definitely stay again!

Excellent 10.0
Pros: I was met by a really friendly host, the room was spotlessly clean, I slept very well and the area was very safe. Privacy was great for a B&B. Very good location if you want to be near the airport and the city centre at the same time. The TV had Netflix & Amazon prime, a few free to air channels were also available. Will definitely be re visiting.
Cons: Nothing to mention
Good 6.0
Cons: No parking at house there is parking for maybe 3 cars but this was full
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Super breakfast, though i would be great to be able to have the breakfast later than 9 and as well be asked if you would prefer something other than a full breakfast or how you would like your eggs. But i work in the hospitality industry and as well will eat anything that is put in front of me, so I was happy either way! Bedrooms were great, very comfortable and plenty of room!! and couldnt complain about anything other than the rooms get very hot when the heating is on, so make sure you either turn it down to suit or open a window in advance. The owner is amazing and loves good chat, which we enjoyed and as well meeting her Shitzus who are terribly adorable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It felt extremely homey and it was in a really good location
Cons: The shower made a really loud noise and there was a part of the floor at the bottom of the bed that sunk down but nothing that was inconvenient. Didn’t really notice either
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Nearness to Dublin Airport. Comfortable and clean
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Homely, lovely family and dogs were so sweet and friendly. Lovely and clean. Room very spacious and cosy. Loved the tea coffee milk and biscuit supply on the 2nd floor! Very good idea!
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very caring personnel Comfortable apartement Extremely beautiful sight from apartement Fast, direct way to Dublin Center Possibility for tea time
Cons: more clear communication about breakfast on sunday but was not really bad....

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good location. Swimming pool was great and all staff were super accommodating.
Cons: The corridor and lifts were a little out dated, creaky/jittery lifts etc. The bed sheets weren't changed unless requested eventhough we were there for a 8 days
Excellent 9.0
Cons: No aircon 🥵
Poor 1.0
Pros: Pool
Cons: This had to have been the most uncomfortable night I've had in a hotel the heat was ridiculous the air conditioning wasn't working and they had no fans in the room I asked for a fan as I'm asthmatic and couldn't breath because the hear was stiffiling and I was given an broken fan myself and my 11yr old son didn't get a wink of sleep

Excellent 10.0
Pros: the staff
Cons: The Gentleman at reception was so kind and nice
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location to airport and Dublin. Staff all welcoming and friendly. Very clean
Okay 4.0
Cons: Family of 4 in a room with broken air-conditioning and sealed windows
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy. We had a very early flight. But that wasn’t a problem, we had dinner which was excellent. We didn’t get breakfast as flight was 6.30.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Location is good for the Airport
Cons: Room was not made up after the first night
Mediocre 2.0
Pros: Receptionist
Cons: Booking.com offered me a upgrade, I accepted and agreed to pay extra. Room was not available when I was checking in. Room was outdated and old. I also had to pay €10 for car park which should be free since I was staying at the hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: The dinner and breakfast were very good.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Good option, close to Dublin airport. Clean, decent food options in house.
Excellent 10.0
Okay 5.7
Pros: The Staff was as helpful as they could be
Cons: The elevator to the parking was broken, the A/C was out in the room (they did offer to move to another room, but it was late, and the parking validation didn't work requiring an additional trip to the lobby.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Clean and comfortable
Cons: Advertised as an airport hotel , but it is not near the airport. It added extra time to make our morning flight. Also, they charged for the shuttle to the airport.
Excellent 9.4
Pros: Very close to airport, almost no traffic
Cons: 3.50 for a coke was steep!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was friendly and very helpful, the facility was like new and modern.
Excellent 9.7
Pros: We stayed here when we landed in Dublin and right before we left. We found the staff to be very helpful and the rooms were definitely big enough for four people. One of the bigger rooms we stayed in while in Ireland. Definitely a great place to stay when coming in and out of Dublin.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Met some cool people downstairs at the live music
Cons: It's 6 km from the airport, they charge for the shuttle, and the WiFi is €5/day. Gonna avoid most Hilton from now on as a result of their nickel and diming practices
