front desk staff were super helpful and I felt well taken care of.
Proximity to the shops and resturants. We used the nearby luas stop to go to dundrum shopping centre...never realised how easy it was. Staff very helpful. room spacious and very warm...had to turn off radiator.
we stayed on friday night and there was a lot of noise on street between 4 amd 5 am. This was not the hotels fault but if I was there again, I would request a different room.
Location is excellent with free car park.
Rooms are basic and I was unable to control heat in room satisfactorily.
