Pros (+) Staff was fantastic. Locations was very convenient.
Cons (-) One of rooms did not have air conditioning and was a little warm. Otherwise an excellent experience.

Pros (+) Location was good, airlink & hop on hop off stop just outside, Temple bar only 10 minute walk away, food was excellent, breakfast & lunch & evening menu, concierge was helpful, luxurious / boutique feel downstairs but not in the rooms, 12pm check out & breakfast till 11am at weekends was good.
Cons (-) Bathroom was dirty, lighting was poor in the rooms, shower was rubbish, reception was slow, messed up our key cards & we had to go back to a massive queue to get them authorised & reception thought it was funny but it was a waste of our time. Tea / coffee in rooms poor, rooms not 4 star, dirty windows, building work being done so noisy, the lift is so slow!
