The very friendly and considerate service, breakfast tailored to your needs and the time was flexible. Definately a place to recomend and return to.

Rosemary was absolutely lovely, very caring and helpful and gave lots of tips of things to see and do. The room was very cosy and had a beautiful view.

Hotel owner not at all flexible with request for early breakfast. Decor apalling and the hotel was not at all welcoming or accomodating.

View over harbour and excellent facilities & food.
No blind in shower room which was embarrassing since window faced the road particularly at night.
