Cons: The walls are too thin and you can hear conversations in other rooms. Also, the elevator runs from the parking lot to all floors without stopping at the lobby floor first - this means that anyone can come off the street and gain access to all floors without any noticing. Need better building access security even though it is located in a relatively safe area.

Cons: We had no problems with this location. I would bet its hard to find anything you wouldn't like here.

Cons: Courtyard's use to have great beds and one of the reasons I book them. I have stayed in two this trip and the beds are more like a Best Western and not a plus. One in Louisiana and this one in Florida.

Cons: On-site restaurant was good, but menu and pricing was unclear and incomplete (probably related to COVID adjustments).

Cons: We came for our anniversary with the intention of getting a nice room on the beach especially for the amount charged for the room but instead we got a motel like room with an horrible view of the parking lot it took all I had not to busy out in tears.. The staff was not friendly and when asked about changing rooms was told no.. I am very disappointed.

Cons: Could use an update

Cons: Noise, there were a lot of families with children staying near us. You could hear them in the halls running and above us. But I guess that's to be expected in a hotel, just felt that I could hear them well.

Cons: Rude front desk staff. Housekeeping chat it loudly in the hallway, so I'm just standing around looking annoyed when you need it to pass through. Called before booking and wasn't told hotel is under renovations. Need it 10 extra minutes to check out and was told it was OK bye front desk. Minutes later front desk called back and tells us it's not OK. Get third call saying it was OK... all of this for 10 extra minutes.

Cons: Was not a fan of the bathroom. No exhaust fan meant it stayed steamy, and of course nothing to suck up any smells. the shower design allowed water to get all over the entire bathroom floor. And lack of usable counter space as well. If the shelf above the toilet was flush with the wall instead of having that 1 inch gap, it would have been helpful, stuff kept sliding and falling through that gap, which was pretty annoying.

Cons: We were placed in a handicap room with walk in shower, the shower over flowed and entire bathroom floor was flooded every time we showered. We had to call multiple times for extra towels to dry the floor. The channels on the tv kept going in and out which is frustrating when you're trying to watch a game. Thin walls and loud guest made it impossible to get a good nights rest. Will not be returning. Front desk was beyond indifferent to all complaints.

Cons: The room was clean, but there was some thing dated about the color and layout. It was muggy in the room, and you had a choice of making it extra cold, and the mugginess was gone, or room temperature with all the mugginess. The rooms facing the big pool had nice views, but they crank up the music at 9:30 (even on a Saturday) and it doesn't end until 10pm at night, so no sleeping in or taking a nap during the day here.

Cons: This is a very worn out hotel. Needs a facelift. Our first room was very poor (next to AC units ground floor..no view..and very dark and claustrophobic) We did ask for a change and got a better room. The rooms are overall dark and need updating..based on my 2 looks? The resort had signs all around about No Smoking..but there WAS lots of smoking..by pool and Tiki Bar. Overall the weekend was nice..as long as we were NOT in the hotel itself. Beach was lovely and lots of great places to dine nearby. Think I will definitely look for a more updated hotel or VRBO for next time...

Cons: Not much disk-like depending on your lifestyle and what to expect.

Cons: There was no continental breakfast but there was a restaurant that offered a breakfast buffet as well as dinner.

Cons: We killed one cockroach and saw another. The wifi never worked in our room. The bed was like sleeping on cement with a downy layer on top and worst of all, when we told the front desk about these problems (twice!) they said I needed to talk to a manager who wasn't there the first time and didn't even care the second. Not accountable for their failures AT ALL! There are literally dozens of other hotels nearby I would never stay there again.

Cons: The rooms on each end are on the outside of the building because the stairs wrap around. We had one of those rooms....and since it is actually outside I guess the weather or humidity has made the door have a big gap (killed a roach while we were in there ~gross!) also our refrigerator did not work. (Also downstairs by the bar and pool area the trashcans have a bunch of roaches!)

Cons: The housekeeping in my building was awful,not polite or friendly at alk,did not clean at all, first day only change the towels and the second day I had to call for towels bc she did not even went to my room...really agravated I was really expecting more for the price

Cons: Person next door was very noisy during the late hours of the night.

Cons: The couches were the hardest thing I've ever sat on. When we went to bed the first night there was a long black hair on one of the pillow cases, my husband said he saw a bug in the bathroom. We didn't have air conditioning the first night and we had to have maintenance come to check it out (they were very nice). Our 'deep soaking tub' in our 'suite' (standard room with a kitchen and a few extra walls) was a normal bathtub. We were told that we couldn't use the advertised free beach chairs because it 'wasn't summer' (it was 70 degrees in the last week of February, perfect beach weather for laying out). We made the best of our first wedding anniversary trip, but we won't be staying at this hotel again.

Cons: I checked in with my family, we went to the room. Once I opened the door I was hit with a musty smell, come to find out it is due to the leaking toilet. I will tell you more of that in a bit. After putting up the luggage, my wife went into the bathroom and found some one else's clothes in there!! I am not sure how house keeping cleaned a room and left clothes hanging on the back door you can not miss it, it is a tiny bathroom. At this point my trust in a clean room is gone, how do I know if the sheets were changed or the rest of the room cleaned up. The main door to the room did not close tightly it is loose when you touch it, this made my family feel unsafe, the backdoor handle is also very loose (about to fall off), again not feeling safe compounded by the not feeling clean. I used the phone to call the front desk and complain and handset did not work, It only worked using conference speaker. As for the toilet the floor kept getting puddles, the toilet was leaking from the base, I had to place towels around it to keep from my kids and myself stepping into leaky toilet water and transferring to the rest of the room. I tried to talk with the manager that night but she was not in and the front desk staff told me "they can send a tech that night to see if they can fix it or wait until the morning to talk with the manager" (I had just driven 8 hours from Orland heading home to Texas, I did not want to stay up half the night with a tech in the room). I went the next morning to talk with the manager and was told she would not be in until noon or so. By this time I had given up - I was only staying two nights and wanted to enjoy the beach before getting no the road for 11 hours heading home. I will definitely not go back there. I stayed at a Hampton Inn on the beach in Biloxi for only $80 and it was great. I spent more than $225 a night at this place that carries a great name Wyndham. Wyndham Management should be aware of their rooms and have them fixed. On a last note, my children got to see a drunk man escorted out of the pool in the evening while families were watching Zootopia on the Pool screen, that was eye opener for them as well as for many other guests that night.

Cons: light bulb out, bathroom so small had to dismantle the toilet paper roll to sit comfortably, woken by cleaning in middle of stay to clean although had a do not disturb sign on door, and 2 out of 4 days they did not replace the coffee for the coffee machine. AND although I had bad knees there was no elevator only lots of sets

Cons: I had to cancel this stay due to a $200 deposit that was not shared during the booking process. I’m have never been required to put a deposit such as this down just to book a $55.00 one night stay. This is something I think that should be looked into as I believe it’s unfair and false advertising on the hotels part.

Cons: A few hairs in the bathtub. When the air conditioner is on and you are sitting on the balcony it is impossible to hear any ocean sounds. And, the balcony needs a small table and nicer chairs.
