Cons: Terrible customer service starting at the shuttle at the airport. The service did not improve at any point of our stay. We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.

Pros: The Hotel was very modern and close to the airport. The room had a huge bathroom with heated floors. Everything was clean and very comfortable. I stayed on the 9th floor and had a lovely view of the city. I used the pool and the sauna, which were very nice too. The free shuttle was convenient and ran every 15-minutes from the hotel to the airport. I booked my breakfast with the hotel together, which was cheaper then the $28 Euro price that they were asking for at the hotel. I would certainly stay at this hotel again!

That needed to be done often as no crib was supplied for our 6 month although explicitly requested. Upon arrival no crib was in the room, so another request was made, but after being our for the entire evening, upon return no crib was yet in the room. Overall a nice hotel in a good location but disappointed by this issues that were not solved promptly.

Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing

Pros: This is an airport hotel, and it carries out that function well. The location is obviously great (directly on top of the train station, a comfortable indoor walk away from the terminal). Some earlier reviews suggested that there was a charge for wifi usage; this seems to have changed as the Wifi I used was not only free but stable and decently fast.
Cons: Nothing reeaally bothered me, but it fosters the typical fear of breathing on the wrong thing for fear you'll be charged for it. They charge a 50-euro fee at check in to cover "incidental expenses" – uh-oh.

Cons: Moxy is a chic / hip looking hotel which is a facade for lack of services. The room has no coffee / hot water service. The glasses in the bathrooom are flimsy disposable cups - not real glass. The table / shelf in the room is too small for a laptop. The surface is glass so a mouse will not work on the surface. The ironing facilities are down the hall -- not in the room. The lobby is a pleasant area. However, there are no real dining services. They just have pre-wrapped sandwiches. I really wanted to have a proper hot meal. The breakfast service is minimal. There are no cooked eggs. Just hard boiled eggs. It seems as though the offerings all came out of a can. The bread was nice. To add insult to injury they charge 5 euros to take the shuttle back to the airport.

There’s Hyatt and Hilton properties in close proximitry, so I would try those. If you stay at the Moxy and it’s not for a girls weekend, then I would recommend taking a cab to the airport. Its much faster and only a couple of euros more.

Pros: Like that this hotel is within walking distance of the airport. I take the skytrain to T2, go to the lower level and have a short walk over to the hotel. Pricing is always good ... this is my go-to hotel when I need to stay over after or before a flight to Frankfurt.
Cons: Challenge right now with all the construction of roads and buildings around the hotel area. Little tougher than usual to get in and out ... not the hotel's fault.

I started giving my order, and the waitress suddenly walks off to another table that was getting seated, returning 10 minutes later to take my order. Once done eating, it took 20 minutes to get the waitress' attention to get my check, and the restaurant was only about one-third full. I think it was just my particular waitress, for the other seemed to be paying more attention to all her tables. I decided on room service after that, and had a mixed experience. Once it came quickly, the other time it took close to an hour, although I was occupied, so didn't mind.

I refused to get out because I'd been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting and that was not my fault (or problem). But it was annoying.

Cons: One has to pay 7.00 Euros per person to go to the Airport. In similar hotels in the USA and Mexico the service is free of charge. There is NO argument of not providing the service for FREE. The shuttle bus is going any way, with or without passengers!!! We took a TAXI (two persons) en we paid 17.00 Euros, 3 more than if we had used the shuttle bus and we arrived at the precise entrance of the airport.

Pros: I found the shuttle bus with out any effort, and the schedule was posted on a information board at the hotel shuttle stop. So I knew how long I had to wait for the next shuttle. My room was good, simple and quiet. The bed was comfortable and not hard, so I got a good nights sleep. The food in the restaurant was quite good.
Cons: I ordered a wake up call and the phone did not ring so I did not get the call. Fortunately, I woke up in time and made my flight!!! I should have used my own alarm clock!! Next time I will just to be sure and have a back up, in case the hotel doesn't get my wake up call in time.

Pros: I have never stayed at a hotel that had a night light in the bathroom, that was great.Room was very clean.
Cons: Was disappointed we had to pay for parking at a hotel your lodging at and to take a hotel shuttle ($15 for 2)to the airport. Generally stateside that's an accommodation that has no cost associaled with it.

Cons: Be prepared to have a rental car or use the shuttle or a taxi. It is only near the airport and nothing else.

Cons: No heat in the room, the bathtub wall too tall to step in, the bathroom very small and hard to move around, don't like the small and narrow two beds when you are a couple, it would be much better with 1 queen bed

Pros: I chose this hotel because of its location. We were hoping to see fireworks near the river for New Years and it was close and relatively inexpensive. The location was perfect and the price was fine, but had I not been exhausted I might not have been able to sleep.
Cons: The walls were paper thin, so we could hear every neighbor ... ever. There was no water pressure in the shower. There was no clock in the room. There were two skinny sets of sheets instead of one to cover the whole bed.

Pros: It is over rated as this hotel is very old with old dirty carpet floor. No air condition. Even No free wifi in public lobby near reception area. Sink plug did not work. I will not stay even one night in the future

Pros: It was ok. Requested for double bed but apparently their double bed is two single bed put together. Very uncomfortable as it was a romantic get away for me and my partner. The joke is they are asking us to pay 10 euro for wifi. Seriously? In. 2016? We have to pay for wifi ? Dont they think were paying enough for the room? 0verall unsatisfying stay

Cons: Room was run down Room was very small (definitely for American standards, it seemed small to other European hotels as well) Bed was very hard The area this hotel is in seems very sketchy (it's the red light district) though I knew that going in.
