Pros: The hotel was only about 6 weeks old when my husband and I stayed there. The rooms were lovely. Everything was very clean, the staff was very pleasant, and the workout facilities were simple but effective.

Pros: When we arrived at the hotel they could not find out booking. This was due to the fault of Kayak and the website they referred us to, Rent a room. The staff were so helpful. They found us a room and assured us we would not be charged twice for our stay. The staff and facilities at this hotel are amazing. I would highly recommend staying here but do not book through Kayak. Only book through the hotels website.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff and really nice, comfortable and exciting rooms. The rooms have personality and style! Good bed and nice bathroom. They have a very good restaurant (see reviews on Open table), which we didn't try though. Good value for Money
Cons: Location: it feels a little off and the immediate area was a without charm. Taxi to the city centre is 12-15 minutes and about €12 and going to the Messe (our reason for the trip) took 20-30 minutes (Walking and one change). Nice, but next time we'll stay closer to the Messe and restaurants. Only big dissapointment is breakfast - very average and cost €18

Pros: Not much to say basic at best did the job for the one night we stayed there. This hotel is the true definition of u get what u pay for
Cons: The room was tiny and the carpet reeked of almost like a urine smell there was some weird brown stain in the corner of the room. The shower door didn't actually close u just had to push it and hope for the best. With all the competition close by like motel one it's definitely not worth the stay

Cons: I am an experienced traveller, and always inspect my room upon arrival. Upon checking behind the headboard of the bead, I three small, white, multilegged bugs (_not_ bed bugs, but nasty nevertheless and very much alive) along with a seeming lifetime's worth of dead skin flakes and other grotesque signs that this place had not been cleaned in ages. Took one of the bugs to the front desk in a tissue, said I wasn't comfortable staying in a place this unclean, and asked for my money back. They offered me another room, but I really didn't want to stay there. In the end, they refused to refund my money. Don't go to this place.

Pros: For what you pay for, the accommodations were fantastic. Room, fridge, TV, elevator were all small, but functional. The bathroom was well stocked and clean; the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The street outside the hotel was quiet (which is important as the window needs to be open in warm weather as there is no AC). Location was awesome: very safe, quiet, pretty area, across the street from the metro and zoo, with stores and restaurants not too far away.
Cons: The hallway outside the rooms is loud (stone floors with poorly insulated room doors); this was not a major issue as there was not a lot of hallway traffic, but some may be disturbed by it.
