Cons: I booked this hotel through Kayak and at check-out the hotel staff refused to give me a receipt, which I needed in order to get reimbursed by my office. Internet was a bit slow in the room and in the business center.

Cons: Terrible customer service starting at the shuttle at the airport. The service did not improve at any point of our stay. We are a couple with a baby and we had 3 bags, a stroller, a car seat and two backpacks and no one offered any help loading or unloading the luggage off the shuttle (while all other shuttles at the airport provided that service for their guests ie Holiday Inn). Nothing changed in the hotel either, we dragged all the bags by ourselves from the shuttle to the room, not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel. The following morning we were trying to take a shuttle but the lady shut the door in front of us while we were trying to bring all the luggage to the bus. The room was ok but a bit small. The satellite TV is lacking entertainment programs in English language.

Cons: I found using the Internet frustrating. It would just die when I was using it. I tried to downloading a library book and could not do it. Then I paid for the upgrade Internet and it would stop working while I was downloading. The "free" internet was slow.

Cons: We stood in line for two hours to get our confirmed room. Delta had cancelled flights and there was a long line of people wanting a room. I mentioned twice that we were confirmed guests and should be compensated for our long wait in line. We were ignored both times.

Cons: Not a dislike, but I was "upgraded" from the basic room to the next level of room (because of availability). The upgrade was a typical European-style room; clean and modern, yet somewhat compact. The size was more than sufficient for my needs, but I am left wondering what the "basic" room was like...

Cons: The room was great. The reception staff was fine as well. However, I had dinner at the bar restaurant and the service was poor. I waited over 20 min for a server to even bring a menu. Food was good. But, as I was ready to pay, it was another 20 min. And I was not the only customer who experienced this. If you want to claim to be a 4 stat hotel, you need to do better. Especially when the plate is 20+ euro. This was rather disappointing

Cons: Phone connection to the reception did'nt work so had to go all the way down each time that I wanted to talk to them. That needed to be done often as no crib was supplied for our 6 month although explicitly requested. Upon arrival no crib was in the room, so another request was made, but after being our for the entire evening, upon return no crib was yet in the room. Overall a nice hotel in a good location but disappointed by this issues that were not solved promptly.

Cons: Internet should be improved, it does not hace great coverage in all rooms. After they moved us to another room Speed was ok.

Cons: The breakfast is expensive. Perhaps you could offer other options than the full buffet. E.g., continental buffet, order eggs and toast, etc.

Cons: No gift shop - wanted a watch in a display case, but no one could open it for me between 8pm and 6 am...

Cons: Moxy is a chic / hip looking hotel which is a facade for lack of services. The room has no coffee / hot water service. The glasses in the bathrooom are flimsy disposable cups - not real glass. The table / shelf in the room is too small for a laptop. The surface is glass so a mouse will not work on the surface. The ironing facilities are down the hall -- not in the room. The lobby is a pleasant area. However, there are no real dining services. They just have pre-wrapped sandwiches. I really wanted to have a proper hot meal. The breakfast service is minimal. There are no cooked eggs. Just hard boiled eggs. It seems as though the offerings all came out of a can. The bread was nice. To add insult to injury they charge 5 euros to take the shuttle back to the airport.

Cons: Disorganized, with reception queus of at least 5 people long, very limited food options, a decor best described as “hot pink” with shirtless men, and an unrilable airport shuttle that charges 5 Euros per person each way. There’s Hyatt and Hilton properties in close proximitry, so I would try those. If you stay at the Moxy and it’s not for a girls weekend, then I would recommend taking a cab to the airport. Its much faster and only a couple of euros more.

Cons: The room was pretty warm and the temperature controls did not allow me to make adjustments. I opened the window, but a building is being built across the street, so the rattle of hammers woke me at 6am.

Cons: Arriving to an extremely noisy, confusing place where they didn't even have a proper check-in desk. Staff were OK. Just not our sort of hotel, more for young millenials.

Cons: no parking yet many open reserved spaces that were empty. noise music from lobby filtered into my room all nite. beds uncomfortable. signage poor. lots of construction outside hotel

Cons: No kiosk/amenities available other than drinks in a machine. Needed to source basic painkillers but none available and staff completely unwilling to help in any way. Not even offered first aid kit access. Very poor from a reputable international chain. Would not use again.

Cons: Restaurant is on the pricey side. I had a poor service experience when I went there for dinner. I started giving my order, and the waitress suddenly walks off to another table that was getting seated, returning 10 minutes later to take my order. Once done eating, it took 20 minutes to get the waitress' attention to get my check, and the restaurant was only about one-third full. I think it was just my particular waitress, for the other seemed to be paying more attention to all her tables. I decided on room service after that, and had a mixed experience. Once it came quickly, the other time it took close to an hour, although I was occupied, so didn't mind.

Cons: I went to get on the shuttle and was told I should have reserved a place. Was not informed of this when I called the night before to check on times. Ended up having to pay $10 for a taxi

Cons: The rooms have walls that were paper thin. A family with kids was next to me and they were very loud. The breakfast was 20€ - bit steep for a breakfast, it's not the Waldorf Astoria. The staff never mentioned that you need to book a "token" on the shuttle but to get to the airport. I refused to get out because I'd been sitting in the lobby for 30 mins waiting and that was not my fault (or problem). But it was annoying.

Cons: I was NOT told that it was necessary to reserve a place on the shuttle bus and found out 5 min before the bus would have left that it was full! I needed to take a taxi to the airport. No complimentary tea or coffee in the room.

Cons: The airport shuttle only runs every 30 minutes and they charge 4 euro to use it. And the 'free wifi' was too busy to log in to the whole time of my stay. So, basically the only things one really needs at an airport hotel sucked!

Cons: 4 Euro charge for the shuttle to go 500 Meters to the airport.

Cons: The 15 minutes drive in their big bus was uncomfortable, so many turns, but the value made up for it.

Cons: Was disappointed we had to pay for parking at a hotel your lodging at and to take a hotel shuttle ($15 for 2)to the airport. Generally stateside that's an accommodation that has no cost associaled with it.

Cons: One has to pay 7.00 Euros per person to go to the Airport. In similar hotels in the USA and Mexico the service is free of charge. There is NO argument of not providing the service for FREE. The shuttle bus is going any way, with or without passengers!!! We took a TAXI (two persons) en we paid 17.00 Euros, 3 more than if we had used the shuttle bus and we arrived at the precise entrance of the airport.

Cons: Parking was outrageous. Made one local phone call that was expensive. Navigation to airport can be tricky.

Cons: I ordered a wake up call and the phone did not ring so I did not get the call. Fortunately, I woke up in time and made my flight!!! I should have used my own alarm clock!! Next time I will just to be sure and have a back up, in case the hotel doesn't get my wake up call in time.

Cons: Grossly overpriced. No bath/toilet privacy inside the room

Cons: No heat in the room, the bathtub wall too tall to step in, the bathroom very small and hard to move around, don't like the small and narrow two beds when you are a couple, it would be much better with 1 queen bed
