There were ongoing renovations at the hotel which was making some noise but the staff had given us a heads up which was OK. However the air conditioning was not working and we had to ask for a fan on a number of occasions. We also had to ask for everything to be sent for 3 people as there were 3 of us staying in the room, every day. Otherwise the location is incredible.

We were checked in quickly and given easy directions for where we needed to be. Pros (+) Staff very friendly, professional and prompt in accommodating requests.
Cons (-) Do Not Disturb sign and. Make Up Room sign practically identical. If one grabs Do Not Disturb sign at night one can easily grab wrong sign (as I did) and be awakened early by the maid thinking I wanted my room cleaned. Very aggravating!!
