The elevators were horribly slow, complimentary breakfast didn’t have great options if you were vegetarian. There was an entire police conference which was really uncomfortable.

Pros:Location was fantastic
Cons:The beds were very hard. The bathroom could have been cleaner. I also didn't expect to have well worn towels and very old soap (had brown spots all over it if in enclosed package).

Cons:Pool was under construction and the website should have told that. I chose that one because it had an indoor pool and hot tub and pause about $50 more a night since other hotels had seasonal ones that weren't open this time of year.

Pros:Breakfast was delicious with many options. Staff was great and had toothpaste (which I forgot). Fantastic location. Less than a five minute walk to the aquarium and the strip is one block over with easy access. The hotel is on a very quiet street and there is a really nice sitting area down by the river.
Cons:The only complaints I have are minor. The parking garage has some weird parts to it. It's clearly conformed to the mountain behind the hotel. Also the lamps between the beds didn't work, but the staff probably would have fixed it if I had let them know. Also there were plenty of other lights in the room.

Pros:You can walk to everything in gatlinburg. It's a perfect place to stay if you don't need a very romantic get away.
Cons:The refrigerator made a noise all night. The heater was either burning hot or off which made it a icebox.

Pros:The hotel was pretty clean. The location to downtown Gatlinburg was fantastic. The continental breakfast was more than the cereal and muffins that you get in other places. The staff was as helpful as they were allowed to be.
Cons:The bathroom was tiny and crowded as was the room. The walls were so thin that we could hear the phone conversation of the man in the next room as well as the female that was on the other end of the phone line. The "Mountain-side View" that we were supposed to have was the employee parking lot and a steep hill with a lot of trash and debris on it. The Kayak website leads you to believe that you can get a Smoking room, but you are not allowed to even smoke on the balconies of these rooms as it is a "No Smoking on the Grounds" property.
