Pros: The staff were very concerned to meet out every need. WHen we arrived there had been major road closures and we had to park our car 10 mins walk away from the hotel. At their suggestion, they went and collected the car from where we had left it and brought it back to the hotel. They also helped us with other practical questions, with commitment, initiative and imagination.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to help us find everything we wanted to do. We were in easy walking distance to most everything. Also close to public transportation if we wanted to use it. Our room was very comfortable with American style air conditioning which was wonderful. We asked for a courtyard room because we heard the street side could be noisy. I think anywhere in the hotel would have been fine.

We staid in Novotel Hotels before in Bern & Munich and the are all well appointed and offer great services and pleasant stay.
