Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city and access public transport. Many also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with several positive mentions of smooth check-in and staff going out of their way to assist. However, there are frequent complaints about the breakfast arrangement, with many disappointed by the use of vouchers for nearby cafes and the limited offerings. Cleanliness and room size receive mixed reviews, with some guests noting issues with cleanliness and small bathrooms, while others found the rooms clean and comfortable enough for a short stay. Overall, the hotel is seen as a good value option for its location and service, but improvements could be made in breakfast and room amenities.AI-Generated from customer reviews
