Summary of reviews

Guests say
Overall, guests were overwhelmingly dissatisfied with their stay at this hotel. The most common complaints centered around poor cleanliness, including dirty rooms, unwashed sheets, presence of bugs, and general disrepair. Service was also a major issue, with many guests describing staff as rude, unhelpful, or unresponsive to problems. Safety concerns were frequently mentioned, with reports of a sketchy area, drug activity, and insecure room locks. Only a few positive remarks were made about location or price, but these were far outweighed by the negative experiences.
