Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it ideal for sightseeing, shopping, and easy access to transportation. The breakfast was frequently mentioned as a highlight, with many guests enjoying the variety and quality, though a few found it average or lacking in fresh options. Service received positive remarks for friendliness and helpfulness, with several guests noting thoughtful gestures and accommodating staff. However, some guests reported issues with bed comfort, particularly with mattress quality, and cleanliness concerns such as mold, unmade beds, and maintenance in bathrooms. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for short stays.
