Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location near Altona station and public transport, making it convenient for travel and exploring the area. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, with reports of mold, musty odors, dirty bathrooms, and unclean bedding. Service is also a major concern, as guests frequently mention the lack of staff, poor communication, and problems with automated check-in. Some guests found the rooms small and noted the absence of advertised amenities like breakfast. Overall, while the location is excellent, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness and service.
