The studio had been recently refurbished
The Internet service did work just for 1 day, after that it fell down and there was none available to fix it, the landlord didn't even bother answering my calls or emails, which was all the more worrying that you have to pay everything cash on arrival. The bed quality was bad and gave me a backache, the sheets were not clean. Overall really a work of amateur although the price was low

Well equipped, clean and bright self-catering studio apartment, with wifi, close to supermarket and U-bahn station. Gym equipment and sauna are an added bonus. Peaceful residential area. Only 20 minutes by U-bahn (every 10 minutes) from city centre.
Perfect for me but some people (not me!) might like to stay in an area with nightlife and choice of restaurants but this is definitely a quiet residential area. If you arrive on a sunday evening there is only one (Greek) restaurant available in walking distance and supermarket closed on sundays too.

Everything was perfect! The owner was friendly and very helpful.Large room, very beautiful decoration, comfort, silence and amenities.Fully equipped kitchen.Nearby a good super market, subway station(U2-Niendorf Nord) and bus station.The area was nice and peaceful. It is recommended to everyone!

Very nice design of the room, nice to have a small kitchen for cooking purposes. Everything is new. The fitness facilities are very good as well. Very fast wireless web access. The staff was very helpful!
The kitchen was extremely small and the cutlery/microwave oven werent well cleaned. There was no waste sorting and recycling options.
