Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent central location, with easy access to public transportation and city attractions. Cleanliness and friendly, helpful staff are frequently mentioned as positives. Some guests appreciate the comfortable beds and parking options. However, there are recurring complaints about minimal amenities in the rooms, small room and bathroom sizes, and limited breakfast variety or high breakfast prices. A few negative experiences include issues with room allocation and, in one case, bedbugs. Overall, the hotel is valued for its convenience, cleanliness, and service, though improvements in amenities and breakfast are suggested.AI-Generated from customer reviews
