Pros: We stayed there twice. The hotel kept clean and is located close to the city center. It is close to a public parking lot, which is important as it is hard to park on the street. Their facility is modern. If we go back to Creta, we would definately stay there again.

Pros: The hotle is very well situated with near access to 25th of August St. and the Market. The view of the venetian castle and harbor from from the hotel is dreammy. The hotel itself is very designer modern inside while classic outside. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. The salads were very good at the roof top restaurant. They arranged for timely transportation to Knossos and the airport.

Our room was small but comfortable for a one-night stay, and it was a nice surprise to find it contained a mini-fridge. We were grateful for the complimentary house-made raki and bowl of nuts, a very thoughtful touch. The hotel has a good location, just around the corner from the network of walking streets that lead into the center of town.
