Room was dirty after we checked in. It took two hours before the cleaning crew came back to clean. I dropped two items in the lobby area and within 20 minutes both were gone. The bell desk could not explain what happened to them. Never once received apology or any type of concern regarding my loss. Pros (+) Nothing - confirmation number from kayak not processes by Lsi, no reservation upon arrival . Had to book my own room with the hotel at twice the price.
