Connected to Ala Moana Center
Room was clean
The room was overpriced No room service Breakfast was shocking and expensive
Starbucks in the building
Everything needs to be cleaned and updated. The rooms are way too small.
Super early check in at 7am for an extra $16 includes breakfast - well worth it
Bigger bed but apart from that it was great - it’s not 5star hotel but it was a lovely stay
I thought i booked a room with 2 beds, double doesnt mean 2 beds
Hotel is right next to Ala Moana mall making it so easy to do shopping and eating.
I ended up having to upgrade to a 2 beds room with an extra $49 per night. Kayak description is very misleading when it labels DOUBLE Mountain View when double means 2 people but not double beds! Bathroom is not acceptable as the water faucet is so outdated with only 1 turn knob to control hot/cold and water volume
Horrendous customer service
Had to check out early because their AC broke. The woman I spoke with (shyla or something like that) was incredibly rude. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.
Got the worst room they had
The location was super close to everywhere I needed to go
They gave us a corner room 3rd floor which was so tiny couldn’t even turn a 360 in the hallway it was so narrow .. the sliding glass door won’t open more then 2 inches with no balcony .. why even have a sliding glass door if you have it locked like that? Said it was a queen and pull out couch but it was a pull out chair. No napkins or tissues only toilet paper. It also took a full hour to check in, dragging luggage on a line for an hour is insane for Hawai’i, this isn’t Vegas. There was 2 open computers if you get this busy at 4-5pm for check in you should be prepared and have a full staff.
The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, next to the mall, and an easy drive to town or the freeway to the countryside.
Daily parking charges! I feel like hotels that charge for parking are like airlines that charge you for food—crazy!
Needs to be updated
The room was nice, needs better lighting.
Room was to dark, needs brighter lighting. The rooms need updating, it's showing it's age.
Convenience and reasonably price.
Adjacent to the Ala Moana Mall and dining places. Short walking distance to the Hawaii Convention Center. Starbucks and reasonably price convenient store in the facility. Micro wave and refrigerator availability in the unit.
Noise from the heavy machinery at the construction site just outside the window/patio door is constant in the day time. Computer use and printing is too costly for guest.
Very close to Ala Moana shopping center and very clean rooms
Rooms were kind of small when you look at it. Its perfect for 1 person but probably not for 2 people
Great staff. Great location.
Can't think of anything.
