Pros (+) The room was clean and the sheets were well-washed.
Cons (-) The staff did not program our keys right so we were stuck outside on the second floor and couldn't get downstairs or into our room (the only stairwell required key access). The employee was very sarcastic and blamed it on us, but the keys didn't work for him either.
