Pros (+) The bed, pillows, and comforter were sooo comfy. The AC was self adjustable and stayed cold (just like I like it). The fridge kept things cold and not just cool.
Cons (-) The WiFi didn’t work at all and the TV kept losing signal. 2 lamps in the room were missing light bulbs. The sounds travel from your neighbors rooms and the hallway. The staff could have been nicer and a bit more understanding regarding requests of documentation for my 2 service dogs. They kept trying to charge me a deposit even when I provided the proper paperwork.
