Cons: Nothing! I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend it to friends and family.

Cons: Shower is nice and roomy but unfortunately its roominess is ruined by low water flow. Other guests are very noisy even after midnight.

Cons: I did not like animals in the hotel.

Cons: The girl at checkout was not very nice. We asked for another receipt and she said that the receipts would be the same and she really didn't want to waste paper. The bartender on Saturday wasn't very nice. She had a condescending and snooty attitude and made us feel very uncomfortable like she was profiling us. She had other customers around the bar who were older and appeared to have money. She seemed to look down on us. We had just come back from the beach so of course we weren't dressed in our best attire but we weren't dressed inappropriately either. Overall, we probably won't stay at Indigo again even though we really enjoyed it the first time.

Cons: It was a little hard to find at first, but overall, it was a great stay.

Cons: Hotel is renovating. Construction noise throughout the day. Hotel is non-smoking yet smells of weed. A/C in room was not powerful enough to get the room down to desired temperature. No mini-fridge in room. Not sure if it is like this in every room, but the couch was disgusting. So there was no sitting except on the bed. Pillows suck, my arm is more comfortable. Hotel staff are SLOW!!! Went to front desk to ask for toilet paper. Over an hour later house keeping shows up with the toilet paper as we're leaving the room to check out. Yeah, needed it over an hour ago, thanks red lion. Heater felt as if it was blasting in the corridors. No on demand entertainment so forget about watching any movies. The tissue box was empty when we checked in and still empty when we checked out. And the most irritating part... 3 different times I had to go down to the front desk to have the key cards reprogrammed.

Cons: Where do I start.. The front desk couldn’t find my reservation. The entire hotel smelled like a wet dish sponge. R&B Music was blasted during breakfast making it very difficult to enjoy my breakfast and watch the news. There were stains on the carpet, peelings on the walls and ripped shower curtain. They should have completely finished refurbishment before allowing guest to stay. I won’t be back

Cons: Hotel is dusty and under major renovation. Room was half way remodeled. I did not know it was under renovation when I booked.

Cons: No trashcan in room. Also, laminate flooring in room could've been cleaner. Refrigerator didn't cool properly. Other than these few complaints, everything else was great.

Cons: VERY SHABBY. Bathroom sink didn't drain. Elevator was out of order for all 3 days.

Cons: I am a diabetic and there was nothing for a diabetic to eat on the continental breakfast.

Cons: Bathroom was a bit musty... like the shower curtain had mildewed.

Cons: Upon check in the front desk person was brash and didn't even welcome me. I stayed 5 days, on day two my bed was not made nor the room cleaned. Funny thing was they replaced one towel. Not totally happy with my stay, will stay within the area next time, just not here.

Cons: The soap was expired, the rooms had a lot of dust.

Cons: I saw 2 roaches in the room. There was a lot of loiterers at the entrances. It didn't seem safe to me.

Cons: There was a toor bus that arrived late at night and was standing next to the building with the engine on for like an hour late at night and then the same early in the morning The fumes and the noise were anoying (but that's probably not hotels fault )

Cons: There was mold growing on the air conditioning vents and water damage to the base of the dresser (we were on the 5th floor). There is a lot of light pollution from the hall and you can hear everyone else as they come and go.

Cons: The staff was very friendly and the check in and out process was very simple. The room is spacious but the beds are too soft. It is very noisy and impossible to sleep through the night. Couldn't even stay long enough to have breakfast because it was just that uncomfortable.

Cons: Everything else was not good, bad towels, bathrooms not cleanest, spartan room, terrible continental breakfast

Cons: My girlfriend and I have stayed in this establishment in the past and have had decent experiences. However this was not one of them. Upon arrival, there was a damp smell throughout the room that did not go away. There was a dead insect on the ground near the tv, and a roach scurried past us a few minutes into our being there. We decided to try and make the best of things and relax, but upon laying down on the bed, we both began to itch. Frankly we weren't sure if the sheets had been washed. There were children running around until well past 10pm with what I can only assume were their parents being just as (if not more) loud. The final straw for us was this loud clanking noise that continued for several minutes. At this point nearly an hour after arriving at our room we couldn't take it anymore. We left, went down to the front desk, and informed the young lady there we would be leaving due to the above mentioned issues and would need a refund. She informed us we would need to reach out to priceline and would also need the approval of the manager. However, as of the time of writing this review, I am still looking at a full charge for the room and will be reaching priceline customer service again regarding the issue as I was informed that they would address it. I'm sorry to say that this is not at all the standard I had come to expect from Tricove and will not be staying there in the future if this is what is to be expected from this point forward.

Cons: Staff was stressed, no rooms available for early check in and when returned only one person at desk and had to wait to get checked in due to phone kept ringing.

Cons: Both rooms we had were very musky smelling and not clean at all. Staff told us the rooms should all have a portable dehumidifier to help. However, ours did not and there were no extras available. Decorated very outdated. Put a damper on our trip.

Cons: The tub had sand in it, the staff was very rude, only asked if I needed anything once, the room smelled like chlorine upon arrival and all throughout out stay.
