Size of the room The staff was friendly and helpful but unable to do anything about the inadequacies if the hotel because of poor corporate management
The air conditioner did not work. It was sweltering hit. There was no breakfast. White bread, instant coffee disguised in a coffee pot, a few olives and chumus is not a breakfast and nitnanything edible certainly not forna trzvler who intentionally books a hotel with breakfast included. In addition, children can’t eat thst .
It was reasonably close to the heart of Jerusalem.
We walked in to toenail clippings on the floor, hair clumps in the sheets , and rotting food in the corner of the room.
no hot water for 1 day staff not helpful, told us to park at the back and we got fined made us pay when arriving even though we proved we already paid with the reservation documents. we are now struggling to get our money back
I didn't recommend this hotel to any one!!!
Great price - great location
though older, the location was fantastic for access to Old City Jerusalem
They claimed to have parking (free) for my car. It was full despite early check in. Do they really have available paking lots??? I doubt!!
The location was good. Cosy breakfast room.
The cost - Its not a 4 star hotel by any stretch of the imagination
Cultural decor, very friendly waiter at breakfast.
Don't park out front as we received a NIS500 fine. Safe did not work.
Location was convenient for us
Garage too small. Attitude of some staff. Noisy airconditioning. Small bathroom.
Its slightly exotic character
Breakfast was always the same for 6 days. Gardens needed manicure
The room was very clean. The service was excellent and the location very convenient.
The atmosphere blending in to the city
I liked it. I would suggest to renew the wall covers in the corridors.
Extremely helpful staff. Beautiful garden and nice atmosphere. Comfortable suite with a balcony overlooking the Old City.
Dining room closed in the evening.
good location, but in east part of city
Excellent value for money. All the rooms are suites. Very spacious. Friendly staff.
