Set in the heart of Jerusalem, just 20 metres from Ben Yehuda Street, the City Center Jerusalem offers air-conditioned accommodation with a kitchenette. The Old City is a 15-minute walk away. With great public transport links, the City Center Jerusalem Apartment Hotel is a 3-minute walk from the nearest Light Rail stop. The Israel Museum, Yad Vashem Holocaust Museum and the Botanic Gardens are a 15-minute bus ride away. A flat-screen TV with cable channels is standard in all studios and suites. Each has a kitchenette with microwave, fridge and kettle. Some studios feature a balcony. Pubs and coffee shops, together with bars and restaurants, are located in the surrounding pedestrian zone known locally as the Midrachov District. Ben Gurion International Airport is a 30-minute drive from the hotel, and staff can arrange airport transfers upon request. Seasonal pool is closed, and will be open only during July & August.

Pros (+) I enjoyed the comfortable bed; location is amazing, close to everything, whether you need transportation, shopping, the Old City is a short walking distance from the hotel. I liked the friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed having a balcony in my room and what can I say having a mini kitchen available to use is really great. The room is kept clean.

Pros (+) Good location close to Old City and other Jerusalem sights. Several nearby restaurants. Very helpful staff. Low price. In-room kitchenette. Great value if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay and aren't too picky. But if you are looking for a typical 3-4 star hotel with well-appointed rooms, soft beds, room service, pool, etc, look elsewhere.
Cons (-) Very small hotel (four rooms per floor) with no facilities such as restaurant, pool, gym, or business center. Room furnishings are basic and utilitarian. Beds are firm. No built-in thermostat, just a wall unit for A/C that makes it difficult to control the temperature. Staff turns off A/C during the day, so room is hot when you return in the evening.
