Very clean and modern, efficient checkin and boarding. Great airline

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "On line check in, less queues in the check in process"
Pros: "Everything. The staff was amazing, there was so much room on the plane, it was perfect!"
Cons: "I wish the captain translated to English also"

I liked: Helpful, informative, pleasant crew. Could be Better: Check in. Stowage space General cleanliness especially toilets. Ugh!

It became a standard of this company to delay it's scheduled flights by hours! One to two days in advance, a notice of one hour delay is issued, then - at the airport, another 2 to 3 hours are occurring, at our outbound as well on our incoming flights. Be advised that this is to be expected. Furthermore - do not expect any transparency or explanation or just pure information from the company's reps on location, nor any other compensation or just a coupon for a snack or drink. It's probably just not part of the company's relation with it's clients.

Pros: "New aircraft, had a VOD service in your own device, also optional paid WiFi. We were offered water during the flight. The price was good and everything went smooth."
Cons: "Security in PRG airport is done at the gate - after the duty free shops, so there's no way to go back. No toilet or water fountain at the gate area after security - only a vending machine is available and benches. You can bring liquids bought in the duty free shops only if you ask at the cashier to get it packed in a special bag. That's probably not the airlines fault, but it is something to note when departing from PRG. The check in process is also very slow, that is due to Israeli security questioning, the line gets all around the terminal."
Cons: "It was a terrible flight in most of the citiries"
Pros: "The crew was amazing and flight was comfortable. Leg room fine. They turned off lights so we could sleep."
Cons: "Seats could use a bit more padding."
