Cons (-) Chemical used for cleaning smelled overpowering, smelled like Pine Sol, gave me migraine and made me very stoned. Desk clerk was very rude. Prepaid, but didn’t stay second night it was so bad. Horribly cramped, run-down.

Cons (-) Breakfast mediocre: just pastries, cereal and waffle maker Clean but a little old and outdated Wanted to be closer to KC downtown. 10-15 min drive depending on traffic, but it's an easy enough drive.

Pros (+) stayed here for a concert weekend get-a-way. staff members were polite and helpful. upon checking in inquired with front desk about cab to sprint center, cab info was quick and accurate ( cab was less than $30 roundtrip), just as front desk had said it would be. hotel is within walking distance of dennys, mcdonalds, arbys, subway, c-store, and a burger king across the street, but the real find was...
Cons (-) stayed 2 nights and there was never any ice in the ice machine in the front lobby. although we never felt threatened the parking lots behind the main entrance could use a little more light. we didn't try the breakfast either morning as they close it down at 9 am, coffee was available all morning in the lobby though.
