Chanalai Flora Resort, Kata Beach

Very good family vacation location, area around was nice if not expensive.

Staff did not speak much english ... but hey i don't speak thai; i will assume as 80% of guests were russian they were more marketed at russians. Only issue i really had was that they demanded we pay 150 baht to replace a towel we hadn't used because it had yellow stains on it.

Good value for money and in a relatively good location in Phuket. Friendly and efficient staff when requests made.

A good hotel, everything is fine, except it is not clear behavior reception ladies. Good breakfast, nice area, close to the beach. Unfortunately absolutely no sidewalks, but this is not applicable to the hotel.

I did not like the behavior of one of the ladies reception of the hotel, the one that documented the us in the hotel the first day. She acted at least not nicely. I did not understand what I had offended her. Maybe something personal? All other employees of the hotel very polite and pleasant.

We like to stay here as it's cheap enough for us to pay.

We advised for older and family to stay in the first floor as there are lot of stairs that can make them tire. Also there are lot of ants for sweet food, so better keep in refrigerator for all food you bring. Hopefully management can check for bathroom as the dirty water are everywhere on the bathroom floor.
