Hourly shuttle to downtown
More searing available around the pool area
Heated pool and very hot hot tub
Music from pool area was very loud in evening and you need new speakers.
was OK for price, great staff though & hotel was nice
friendly & helpful shuttle drivers to downtown & staff was friendly &helpful
you don't get Hilton Honors points even for incidentals when booked through a 3rd party, that was a major fail
Love the cabanas and the pool.
The cabanas seemed to need a little upgraded. Starting to see some wear and tear.
Relatively good Key West experience
Free shuttle to the town Quiet location
Expensive but its Key West Rooms a little dated Pool is small, but not crowded when I was there
Expensive restaurant...$14.95 breakfast buffet with no other option unless you asked. "handicapped room" had no grab bar for getting out of the shower or beside the standard height toilet. Room needed sprucing up. Balcony door often stuck and was hard to open and also there was a three inch high ledge going out the door that was easy to trip over.
Friendly service,clean room,nice pool.Shuttle to airport
I didn't have a balcony
Great location - would visit again
Great location as close enough to everything but enough distance to get out of traffic/congested areas. Room was comfortable and large enough for a family of 4. Grateful for the mini fridge and microwave. Went to grocery store so we could at least have some food in our room. Would stay again.
Pool water was very warm and located with with hardly any shade. Could have misters out there to help with the extreme heat.
Pool area, rooms, clean.
Employees were very professional.
Air conditioning inside rooms are very noisy. Asked the front desk about that with response all rooms are like that. Needs some attention to fix that problem.
Short but sweet stay
The beds are super comfy. The food from room service was great.
Floor level. Could not use.
