No room service, call the front desk, wait for two hours still no one came so I go get towels for myself and next day talk directly to the cleaning maids and she did but the next two no rooms service:) The staffs in cafeteria are nice, break fast refills are fast and they are very helpful and clean.

Cons (-) The fitness room needs updating. Limited equipment. There was also a hidden fee not disclosed when booking - a $25/night "destination/amenity fee". That included 2 drinks per day at the bar, pool towels and shuttle transportation to the downtown area of key west. Perhaps that was useful to some travelers but it was a waste of $50 for the 2 nights we spent there as we did not use the pool, bar or t...
