Pros: The units are large, spacious, plenty of room for a family of 5. Comes with a fully equipped kitchen and in unit laundry. The pool was heated and the hot tub was great after a long day at the parks. Staff was friendly and helpful. Each unit has a screened private balcony.

Pros: The room is spacious (huge!) and has all of the amenities you could want. The pool isn't as big as it looks on the internet but it is still very nice. The sister hotel (Tiki) is super close (10 mins) - we totally recommend taking advantage of the pool / water slides they have there. All kids 16 and under will absolutely love it!! No complaints whatsoever. The picnic area at Parkway was great - we were somewhat weary that the BBQ's would be older and run down but they were good. All in all the hotel totally met / exceeded our expecations. No complints.

Pros: Nothing, The bathroom smelled like cigarettes, there were roaches and spiders in the bathrooms and bedrooms (alive). We asked front desk if they could change our room and they stated that they were booked and couldn't change the room. On the vents you could see mold, in the downstairs bathroom you could see mold in the cabinets. My husband and kids got some terrible allergies from the smell of mold and mildew. I would not recommend to anyone.

This time it was my honeymoon and the staff acknowledged. Upon checkin, they gave us a bottle of champagne. Breezes have us mimosas for breakfast. Had a great time!

Pros: Loved the layout of the villa. Very nicely decorated and we were close to one of the smaller pools. The week we stayed there were no crowds to speak of so no issues there. We spent most of our time at Disney but it was great to be able to cook an spread out while in the room. The 2 bedrooms are spacious and perfect for a family. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The grounds are huge! When I stay there again, I would definitely try to use more of the features available.

Pros: We stayed there two different times in one week. We were heading to Key West so we stayed there on Saturday just to take a break from driving. The place was very nice fast check in. We stayed in the building were you checked in. Studio Suite I forget the room number, but when we all got up in the morning we notice roaches in and around water areas like the sink and showers. My father, and I told the staff right away. We had to leave that morning for the Keys so to make sure we did not have any bugs in are stuff we had to go get everything washed. I would have like the staff to do something for else, but all they did was to ensure us that someone was going to look at the room. The Two Bedroom Villa was much better.We would stay in that room

Pros: The Holiday Inn Club Vacations Hotel at Orange Lake Resort is an excellent hotel. It's situated in a fantastic location very close to all the Disney Parks and has a load of restuarants right on the doorstep along with good large supermarkets. You will need a hire car- like most hotels in Orlando. We had a 1 bedroom villa and this was ample big enough for us and our 9 month old baby, the villas are kitted out to a very high standard with everything you could need in the kitchen. Also the balcony was nice with the patio when you wanted to sit outside. The resort is big, but this made it more appealing as there was more pools to choose from, more restaurants etc. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone staying in Orlando

Both rooms had large LG flat screens with cable which were perfect for March Madness games and DVD players for kids to watch movies. The pool options are nice, open late, and there are always some activity going on. Snow cone day was awesome. Super convenient to get groceries, find place to eat, Starbucks, Nike outlet, and head to theme parks. Best part was staff, super friendly and worked to keep place clean.

Pros: After my review on Trip Advisor, I was slightly nervous about booking. Once we got to our suite, we couldn't figure out what anyone had to complain about. We stayed for 6 nights. After 2 nights we were offered a poolside suite, because they were going to be paving and didn't want the noise to bother us. If you are one of those people that is just looking for the slightest imperfection to complain about, fork out the cash to stay at the Grand Floridian. For the non-complainers, this place is perfect. We stayed for 6 days and don't have a single complaint.

Pros: We read the reviews and almost didn't stay here. Apparently, Oak Plantatiion was in need of a renovation. Well, that renovation is well under way and we were some of the first to benefit from it. Our condo was fresh and convenient and we were able to park right outside of our unit. The property is older, but that means it has a lot of charm that newer properties don't. The mature oaks are unlike anything you see at other resorts.

Pros: We were a little worried after reading some of the earlier revues, but we can only endorse the good points of the later revues. The resort was attractive, clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous time and thoroughly enjoyed our stay, which we felt was excellent value for money.

Pros: Rooms were very dusty. Not even sure if the ancient fire sprinklers would work if there was a fire. Lobby is nice, they forgot to fix the rest of the hotel. Bathroom was very rusted, sink was hard to turn on tub filed up while you showered. The parking fee is ridiculous . For the amount I PAID I probably would have been better off staying at a motel 6.

Pros: Not sure why it was listed on booking with such high ratings. I would give it a 6 out of 10 at best. This best western has an opportunity for cleanliness and some property upgrades. Breakfast, however, was a good value since it was included. Over all not bad for family with kids. Do not expect what the ratings may indicate.
