Pros (+) The location just across the street from Kyoto station was fabulous. Also close to shopping and some of the major sights. The bed was good and firm. They had CNN on TV.
Cons (-) The room was tiny, with one side of the double bed touching the wall. Still, we managed. Although we specifically required a non smoking room we were assigned a smoking room. At our demand we were assigned another room which felt cleaner with no sign of smoking, but it was still a smoking room on a smoking floor.
