The location was great
The bed was nominal; The room could have used a refresh; there were broken outlets
Not what expected
Staff was friendly and location
Room was extremely small. We were supposed to get 2 double beds and they were together one next to each other. Also they want to charge you 5 pounds per day for 1 device to get wifi. Found this very ridiculous due to the fact we are tourist and need to connect to internet.
The location and overall the room was clean. Also breakfast is quite affordable a 10£ (for London standards).
The size of the room is pathetically small and looks very tired, dark and gloomy. Comfort of mattress poor. Only one elevator serving the whole hotel, really insufficient. To hold your luggage they charge 5£, first time in my life I get charged for that... WiFi worked very poorly with disconnections and very poor bandwith. I cannot recommend it if having a reliable internet connection is something you are counting on.
The rooms reminded me of a prison cell. The beds were lumpy and my feet hung off the bed at night. The tv remote did not work and a small tv was mounted off the ceiling in the corner. The twin bedroom is two small cots pushed together as one bed. a "triple" room upgrade is the same exact room with a third cot crammed. Can barely walk in the room with two people and luggage. There was no hot water one morning. One early night I stood for 20 minutes before someone showed up to reactivate my room key. I would not recommend this hotel.
Extremely small rooms and bath tub. Very small bed. Poor breakfast. Internet is not free.
No place to leave bags after checking out.
location was good.
The hotel staff was not helpfull at all. When I was checking in receptionist was talking to her friends in russian and didn't give me any information at all. Also when I asked for internet access, they told me that internet access cards are finished and I had to wait for next day.
did not like the very unprofessional staff at reception, did not like that there were menus in foyer and bed room when any time i wanted to order drink and food was unavailable, lay out of bedroom very uncomfortable.
location and price
no bar service
Price, very reasonable indeed
Very Very Hot in the building
proximity to the statio
the staff behaviour. i was not issued a receipt for the payment i made.
we didn't like it.
the bed was uncomfortable, and metal supports down the sides poked through the matress.
