Location was ok
Mattress was too soft. Very uncomfortable I couldn’t sleep
Comfortable bed
Mold in shower, no hot water, running toilet, room smelt like a sewer from the washroom, tv inconsistently worked
Our first stay in London...
The only good thing about this hotel is that it had good black out curtains. However they were still velcro and stuck to anything that brushed past them.
There are a number of things we were not informed of: How to work heating so we spent first night trying out each setting to see what one would warm up the room The shower being broken The building work going on The inside shower door doesn’t open properl The lift was temperamental We specifically booked a Superior King room and received 2 single beds pushed together with single sheets to match. Reception told us that because its a ‘Superior King Room’ and they do not have any king or queen beds they have to push two singles together to give the illusion it’s correct. Therefore they are taking payment for a room that does not meet its description.
Could easily be so much better if management cared
Shower was reliably hot. Booked because of the loft room
Lack of wi-fi in rooms. Wi-fi in lobby didn't work. View of inner courtyard was disgusting. Makeshift scaffolding as fire escape, with stale bread left out for nesting pigeons, with shit all over the outside window. Room was unbearably hot (80F-degrees plus) so windows had to be opened to sleep, which meant dealing with nesting pigeons and smell of pigeons and smell of hotel staff smoking below us in the courtyard. Bathroom at times smelled like sewer Toilet would occasionally run non-stop. Only one access card left my wife unable to enter the room when we were separated and I had the card. The staff were faux-friendly, felt like I was in a third world country. Shower door broke while we were staying. Dingy linens and dated furniture Vent in the upstairs room could see into adjoining room.
The rooms were nice and spacious, the bathroom was great.
The only problem was that it was very very cold in the room as there was only one heating and air was coming through the windows.
Location, staff, good breakfast.
The interior does need to be upgraded - caperting, walls, bedding and my TV did not have a remote control
Leaving the hotel the room was a shambles. Dirty everything and no water at all between 8am and 9am. So the best thing would be leaving!
Everything was dirty! The windows didn't close, fittings were broken, the bathroom smelt, the staff were abrupt and still waiting for a refund. Stayed in 1000s of hotels and this is the worst by a long shot. Truly awful.
1.The toilet and shower are in the room. 2.Good location. 3. rather cheap.
1.Very poor living conditions. 2. Room is without renovation, with mold on the walls. 3. There are not the kettle and hairdryer in the room. 4.The window of the room looks on bags with garbage.
Clean beds
Very draughty window very small room TV in very hi position
Pleasant receptionists, help with baggage keeping in day of departure.
The breakfast was served exactly at 8 am and they did not allow possibility to come 10 min earlier, although the staff was already there. It made a problems for me to catch the begining of conference.

breakfast was not very good. Facilities were average
Close to the underground, thus easy access to centre.
The room and corridors were too hot, on average around 28° and the heater was not even on in the room. The bed was awful - one could feel the springs in the mattress while sleeping and the pillow was awfully small. The service was also poor, we requested a glass to take a medicine - to quote staff "It's not part of the service you pay for. I'm sorry but cannot help you." I guess this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, even budget hotels like Formula1 or Etap seems more attractive to me.
