NOTHING. This hotel is not fit to be open. The reception is open from 10 in the morning to 6 in the evening. For anything before 10 or after 6, you are out of luck. I was told the elevator has not been working for 5 months. Home less people force open the door and come in to sleep in the lobby. I saw a video where homeless person force opening the door and two nights in a row was sleeping out my door. Complained but nothing happened. When we first checked in and went in the room, it was not acceptable and the reception person also agreed that it was not good and offered to returned the money and we could find another hotel to stay. There was no hotel around which had a family room available from that day. We found one that had a room after three days and we booked it and had to stay in this dump for the first 3 days.
Breakfast was not included. We had booked a family room with 3 single beds. When you enter the room you see one double bed and the two single beds are kind of up in the attic. The single beds are not side by side but in one single row straight line joined together. To get to the beds you have to climb up narrow, almost straight up, steps and at the top you can not stand straight as the the ceiling to the floor it is about 4 to 4 1/2 feet.
Fantastic location only a block from Earl's Court Tube. Breakfast was very good and included in the room. Staff were very polite and accommodating. We had the family room in the basement and it was very quiet and very large compared to the other hotel rooms on our trip.
could not control heating system... it was very cold
easy to find. Close location to all the sights of London. Would stay here again.
Ideal location, 2 mins from tube station, nice and quiet after being in the busy centre of london all day. Kensington palace and Natural History museum one tube stop away.
Apartment comfortable although could do with a bit of updating.
Close to train station, eating establishments and some shopping. Free continental breakfast was better than most.
All was perfect... The situation is extremly good just near the center, in a quite street... A little garden at the back of the hotel... Our room was very clean and we had a very quite night... the staff very nice keep your luggages if you're early before the check'in and after the check'out if your leave late... Breakfast simple but tasty... a very nice place for a romantic week-end in london
Convenient location, tube station basically downstairs! Good value for money (accomodation in London is quite expensive...)
Cleanliness of bedcovers could be improved...
Very close to the undeground station. Clean and quite. Good continental breakfast included.
Very small bathroom.
The staff were extremly friendly and willing to assist with all our enquiries. The rooms were good value for the money and the actual location. Breakfast was good and the courtyard gave you a haven to escape to if required.....
there is no tea and coffee making facilities in the room
Location is excellent. Free wireless internet.
Rooms could do with more heating. Water pressure was low.
