Very modern and stylish room
Room far too small. This is an example of taking "space saving" to the extreme. Must be the most expensive hotel when measured in £ per square meters.
Staff were helpful. It is a small, nice hotel, 2 minutes walking from underground station. Room was clean and warm (which is of importance if you are there in November)! Lovely breakfast room, small, but gorgeous. Wi-fi included in the price of room, and It was really fast! This hotel was Much better than my other experiences in London, especially considering the price.
during the night the sound of underground trains might be heard. I am not a heavy sleeper, but it did not bother me, because I was too tired to mind that sound. They dont provide shampoo in their rooms, bring your own! Lift was not in the story were my room was located, so I had to bring the luggage up 14 stairs (not that bad though).
Location was good, close to tube. Lots of restaurant and supermarkets nearby in the area.
The quality is not really equivalent to 3 stars the hotel has, but the same applies to most hotels in London.
The location to Earls Court tube station was good without being to noisy from a main road. The staff were friendly and courteous.
The double room we stayed was a little tired looking and was in need of updating, also it was fairly compact.
the hotel was quite central to london for our requirements the room was small but functional it was fine for a few nights but any longer i would not advise
it was fine for our purpose
It was sensibly arranged with all basic necessities to hand. Breakfast was good in quality and setting.
The room as for all London hotels was very smalll for the price.
It was clean, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Though the room was small, it was perfectly adequate for sleeping, washing etc and value for money, though not perhaps for people who would spend much time in their room. The area felt very safe for a solo traveller and the hotel was only 2 mins walk from Earls Court station with direct links to Heathrow and Kings Cross. Lots of nice cafes and so on in the immediate area.
The wireless internet connection seemed very unreliable and I gave up trying to use it.
really close to tube station!
good location to tube station, very nice area of London
Really a great location across from a park and even though it was near Earls Court Road it was quiet with birds waking me up in the morning. Room size is always an issue for solo travellers so I was pleasantly surprised with my room. It was small but larger than the cupboards I have stayed in before. The furnishings are lovely.
close proximity to tube. lots of shops within walking distance, including knightsbridge
Bed very uncomfortable, linen looked old and worn out. they need to toss the bed, was paranoid about bed bugs. Thankfully there were none
