Pros (+) The hotel is located in a very nice neighborhood. It has close proximity to many tube stations, which makes getting around easy. Hyde park is really close by and is super beautiful. Back to the hotel, the staff is amazingly friendly. Several Spanish speakers (mostly from Spain) work here, so that is convenient if you need translation. Pros (+) The manager, once on duty, promptly arrange to have our room moved to a cleaner larger room that did not have mold. It has a good location close to a tube station.
Cons (-) The room we initially received had no internet connection and was covered in black mold. We arrived late in the evening and there was no manager on duty to assist us until the next morning the hallways and the carpets are filthy but once we were relocated the second room was not bad.

Pros (+) Quite convenient, nearby tube station and buses to major attractions are quite frequent as well. Breakfast included which was nice.
Cons (-) Small room, very european style.
Pros (+) They were very helpful in letting me check in early. Also, when I asked where I could buy a wall plug for my phone they gave me one to use overnight.
