Towels given were damp and smelly.
The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful and the location was great for a show at the olympia.
Everything was fine - its a basic hotel for a great price. There can be no complaints really.
The location of the hotel is superb for a short stay in London - close to city center and on the metro line to Heathrow
Badly washed glass on the room's water basin.Short time for breakfast
Reception very polite and accommodating
Triple room plumbing rather temperamental At times no cold water and tepid from the hot tap. Shower was not good but as there was a perfectly adequate shower room along the corridor this was not too much of a problem
Close to city and transport is easily available.
It would have been better if water supply had been repaired. The smell of cigarettes in the room was awful
acess to a informal sitting area, close to many ammenities in kensington area
the tv reception was appalling, only one clean towel for the 7 nights l was there, the room and adjoining bathroom was not cleaned for a 48hr period, had to ask to have the rubbish bin emptied at that stage
Very friendly and helpful staff
The shower curtain was unable to be drawn back out of the way, in the small shower room.
Value for money and easy to use. CLose to EC Arena
Quiet, very close to the underground, felt safe for single, female traveler.
Small pet peeve--it was difficult to use the key in the door, always took some fiddling around.
Room had ants.
